If you going to put the pass rate to nothing for students. Than its obvious they will struggle. I am a teacher. We had to put kids through because they can only fail once during a phase. They are being put through even though they are not on standard. Hypocrisy.

What is meant by "de-colonization"? Because the world runs on the "Western style" International economic globalised system. Do we want to rebel against the world or do we want to produce students that can engage with the world on equal ability & build SA up to compete on equal footing or do we want to go Socialist and keep struggling like all other Socialist countries do. Even Russia & China abandoned their socialist economic systems in favour of Free Market competitive Economics. What language are we all speaking here? English right? Do we want to rebel or compete is the question, do we want to put ideology above economic progress?
