@@roykoopabestboy most of the Koopalings in that game, just like they are in virtually any other game, can be immediately jumped on the instant they stop spinning around in their shells; meaning players will pretty much not let them perform any other attacks. In this game, Bowser Jr activates his Wonder Effects the instant he's done spinning in his shell, preventing you from exploiting the same stun-lock abuse that you could inflict on them. If the Koopalings were in this game and had been given the same design treatment as Jr, their fights would have been an improvement compared to other entries.
I think the Koopalings would’ve made good bosses 1 per world till Deep Magma Bog, which could have 2 double up on you, then you fight Jr just before the final stage the seed in Shining Falls could be stolen just before you grab it, and the miner Popplins in Fungi Mines could be held captive by another some obvious effects would be stuff like Lemmy’s bouncy balls being larger, Iggy having a giant Chain Chomp, Wendy manipulating the water (like the Jr fight), or Ludwig cloning himself (like the Jr fight) then the penultimate boss fight against Jr could make use of all of their wonderful effects together (like, imagine trying to navigate through water to hit him while being knocked around by giant bouncy balls)
The experimentation of this game basically allowed for higher highs and lower lows. There were more highs, making this the best 2D Mario platformer to date.

I was happy that the bosses weren't going to be the Koopalings again, but after beating the game and seeing the actual bosses, I kinda wish they were used instead of 4 bowser jrs and 3 robot bowsers.
I think they could of done more with the Wonder effects during Bowser Jr fights. Examples: -You are put in a top down view and you have to lure a Condart to hit Jr -The top and bottom are pipes and you are turned into a Piranha Plant. You cant jump so you have to find a bottom pipe that takes you to a top pipe above Jr. -Shadow clones of both you and Jr appear. Touching either hurts you
Most of the bosses u talked about in this video aren't even actual bosses. They are just wonder events. bowser Jr., the airship fights, and bowser are the only actual fights in this game, which is disappointing. I preferred the koopaling fights over these bosses
I don’t like bowser Jr. He’s not awful but the koopalings are just so much better. It’s always a different boss every time and not just bowser Jr a million times. This game was great though as the same way Mario odyssey was great. Both were great games just with mid minions but bowser jr is definitely better than the broodals 😂😂😂
Bowser and the final Bowser Jr. boss fights were cool, but GOSH were they hilariously easy. I only took damage from a boss a single time, which was in the Bowser boss fight.
more than half of these aren't even bosses, that's how much you gotta stretch the content to make a boss ranking, Super Mario Wonder was really a letdown on this aspect.
I keep seeing videos of people ranking the bosses in Mario wonder and they would always include the wonder effect enemies even though they are not bosses whatsoever.😭 I honestly wish they were castle boss fights while bowser Junior would be a boss that would appear in a tower level similar to that of NSMB but this game doesn’t have tower levels… sigh.
The factory airship fights are actually embarrassing considering the rest of the game is so full of originality, couldn't they come up with something else???

Ok I enjoy the video but I think you were kinda pushing it when you considered big enemies in wonder events as bosses. I mean you don't have to kill the majority if not all of them so it's not really a boss In my opinion

The robot Bowser isn't a boss. Neither are the big Hoppycats. Same with the Leaping Smackeral. And Konk. Cosmic Clone not a boss. Shova no boss. King Boo isn't a boss. Stone Spike is not a boss.

A greta game, but yeha there's only like 5 bosses. Counting the airships and Wonder Flowers is being VERY generous. It's weird and kind of ridiculous they straight up didn't have bosses in 2 worlds and just reused lame Wonder Bowser Jr. FOUR TIMES. The final boss fight was great, but could've used a bit more difficulty honestly. I've never gotten the Koopaling complaints, but anything would be better than this game's lackluster boss roster.

This is the only boss ranking list I fully agree with. Bowser's Rage Stage is possibly the best boss fight in the entire series.

Atleast bowser jr has a chance to attack and his shell spin attack is different each time, unlike koopalings
