This is a very large dehumidifier that I think is best used in a basement or garage. It is very strong and does a great job but it is kind of loud. It does what it is supposed to do and well but it is NOT for a small room. I am using it in my office which is not a small room but I have cameras and several computers and lights and even a small frig, so it gets hot in there and this keeps the room cool while removing the humidity.
