If the pilot doesnt die when the chopper crashes you should pull him out give him a pistol or an uzi and have him use the fire extinguisher to put himself out ans the chopper and depending on how he crashed he should have something broke for example if he hits the ground really hard break his legs and have him crawl out and the guys in the back if the pilot dies

Special forces would kill all combatants, even if unarmed, they are extremists. And really the only prisoners you take are high ranking members or high value targets, to send off to Guantanamo or something
