- Allow me to reintroduce myself! My name is Alisha Rebecca Parchment, I am 25 years old and I am the founder and creator of HR Talks with Lish, a platform which over the last 3 years has aimed to motivate, inspire and elevate HR professionals in the early stages of your careers.
Recently, I have had a mindset shift based on where I would like to take my brand and I believe it is better to focus in a specific demographic within my audience to give the best tailored support and advice that I am able to offer at this stage in my life.
Therefore, I will now be supporting HR professionals with 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources that want to transition into an HR Business Partner role within the technology sector. I have 3 years of HR experience in a multinational software company that specialises in creating 3D virtual twin experiences in 13 different industries. I have progressed internally in the same organisation from an HR intern to HR Business Partner and I am still in the early stages of my own career growth. The support I provide is also me learning new things along the way and sharing those insights with you. As I have lived through the experience of transitioning into an HR Business partner internally, I want to share the knowledge I have gained to help you to transition too. I know it is hard to get a business partnering role without having the direct experience so I will be making content on this!

Alisha I am an HR Generalist based in South Africa, and would benefit greatly from your channel on how to level up to be an HRBP, as most organisations here in South Africa only consider individuals with HRBP experience to hire when they have those opportnunities available. I am currently unemployed as I was on contract as a Training Specialist. Maybe you could also do a video on looking for opportunities abroad and how one goes about .
