So cool you are in Singapore! I have never heard of Wolf burger before, aged for 30 days? OMG wow so awesome, those burgers look delicious Greg especially the one with the Avocado.. Stay safe !
Grego! Much love from Michigan! With how much you're against under-cooked red meat in your own cooking I'm surprised you were so willing to go in that deep with that first burger. I like medium burgers and rare steaks but visually the texture of that one put it at almost raw! With that you definitely have me convinced it was something special, though I'm not sure I could eat it that under myself. ;)
No it was perfectly cooked. Well done is overcooked because the meat molecules get too tense, medium rare is the best, because it is juicy but also tender, and rare is good too because it is very tender.
@@colonelcashtv Did you even read my comment though? I specifically said I like my meat cooked pink, not well done. Preaching at the choir here Colonel. xD I'm not disputing the reason for cooking things pink. The reason you cook ground meat further than steak however is because the equipment it's ground in is a lot harder to properly clean, and especially at a restaurant chain, you don't know WHEN it's last been cleaned. If you think that meat was medium rare or even rare I wouldn't want to eat a burger at your place :P
Sadly , although how good the food tastes , most singaporeans think that isn’t worth the price in taste. There are other fancy western restaurants that sells cheaper , containing fresher ingredients , and taste aloooot better. Not saying Wolf Burger is bad , but that there are ALOOOOT of better burgers out there that you should try
But the crust on that burger. Damn! Just a heavenly combination when you have that quality of hamburger-meat. Daddy used to say: "You must under-cookery, for da best-burger tasterisity!"
Very undercooked. Never seen the need to cook burgers like you would steak. Burgers are usually quite thin with the fat all mixed in as it's ground. It won't dry out if you cook it all the way through and remove it from cooking just as it's cooked through.
I thought for sure your lady behind the camera was going to give into her hunger watching you eat all that in front of her and go lick that blob of sauce off your face ... *alas she did not*
@@charliekingsley2890 it's still ground beef. They haven't dry aged a steak and then blended it up. Once it's all ground up the fat will be mixed in with the burger. Plus the burger is thinner than a steak would be so won't dry out or become tough if they cook it all the way through.
Enjoyed it.👍🏻I hope you keep the recipes and reviews coming.👍🏻👍🏻
Oh God. Only one word comes to mind. “Orgasmic”. When I saw those fries I lost it. I need to recreate those! ❤️ excellent vid!
