Ok I didn't think I was going to learn anything here but I'd not seem the CQ roll. I have several shirts with inner contrasting cuffs that are crying out for that one.
In the Royal Navy working shirt sleeves either had to be down and buttoned, or rolled up beyond the elbow. A tight role is not ideal to achieve this. But a large neat three roll worked perfectly. It also helped that the shirt sleeves were not tight as this restricts movement.
the dimensions and the rolls change if you have shirts with french cuffs because of the width of the cuffs. guess you shouldn't be rolling sleeves with french cuffs!
nice vid, im a subs. though i know how the first and the second rolling up thing you did, why do u have to tell people it's a GQ roll just so u cud emphasize that GQ hires you. #boastingtoomuch

As a man, I these rolls are impractical and feel quite silly. The whole idea of rolling up the sleeves is to get them out of the way. The two most physical part of the arms that touches things the most are the wrist and the elbow. It make no sense to roll it have way.
