You guys should definitely check out more beyoncé! She performed at the Super Bowl again in 2013 or a bit of her Coachella performance! Beyoncé is definitely the greatest living performer, here’s a little insight on Beyoncé. Beyoncé was in a group called destiny’s child and that group consists of Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams ! Beyoncé has 3 children with her husband Jay Z. She’s an amazing vocalist (slightly underrated in that aspect in my opinion). Beyoncé is an amazing dancer and she also raps from time to time! Also she’s more pop than R&B but she’s extremely versatile for example her recent album is house music!

She is a once in a lifetime incredible vocalist, dancer, actor, businesswoman. Her and Jay Z are legends pretty much. Her work ethic is admirable. I am CERTAIN you know songs of hers without knowing it's her singing lol.
In an interview as part of Silk Sonic for Apple Music Bruno talked about this little dance-off-awesome-performance and actually described her very well as this generation's MJ (and I'm guessing her outfit choice for this performance was intentional as well) . The dedication, the musicianship, the ability, the talent, the fame. She is a powerhouse. And I'm not even one of her mega fans 😂 just appreciative of the greatness 😊

Beyonce is a rare breed in the music industry in that there's no genre of music that she can't sing and sound natural in it not forced or out of place. The only other artists I've known to be able to do that is Christina Aguilera and Michael Jackson (although I never heard him do opera whereas Christina and Beyonce have great operatic voices as well).

What has made her a queen isn't just her vocal ability, but her stage presence and artistry. That's where Michael Jackson's influence comes in heavily with her in that she studied him and his attention to detail and his artistry. She's able to perform for hours while singing live because her dad trained her to be able to do that from childhood. He use to make her run 10 miles a day while harmonizing and singing full out with her girl groups she was a part of growing up so that she would have the stamina and lung capacity necessary to do all live singing and performing.

There is a best live vocals video of Beyonce on RUclips. Also her documentary on Netflix Homecoming which is both live performances and the behind the scenes prep for her as the headliner.
Hi guys so background on the performance, the song Beyoncé performed is called formation and this is when the police brutality situation was causing high racial tensions. So her and Bruno wore black for the Black Panthers. The video of the song is also about her heritage, police brutality and just being black in general. It makes more sense with context lol. Coldplay also added like a “let’s all have peace” portion into their part of the set because like i said this came on during that time.
I would suggest you guys check out the Stevie wonder tribute like others said, her half time show though is probably where you can see a good mixture of all her songs up until 2012. Anything from The Beyoncé Experience in 2007 is gold too. Then after that her live performances are honestly always top notch and she sings live all the time.
I’ve seen her in concert probably 5 times this year will be the 6th seriously she always puts on a show. ❤

If both of you are Coldplay fans you should definitely watch the rest of this 2016 halftime show. Coldplay was actually really really good, which is hard to pull off in a halftime show when your music & vocals are your primary offering (Chris Martin actually sang live)
So technically Cold play's superbowl turned into Beyonce X Bruno Mars superbowl cause they hijacked (featured) the boring ass performance by Cold Play and made it iconic. People kept saying " nice of Cold play to let them sing". When technically the performance was saved by Bey & Bruno lmao

If you want to see everything that is her. Her work ethichs, her vision, her messages, her vocal ability, her choreo and everything in between its Homecoming on Netflix. Its long and might be too much in the beginning but its her body of work all in one.

She did not carry this performance. Bruno Mars was the star by far. He danced better than she did, sang better than she did and had a much more inviting energy.

Beyonce was the main star of this show and gave a whole set, incorporating singing live, dancing and stage presence. Not to mention, she was the ONLY one being on the spot that day and everyone was talking about her ICONIC appearance. Bruno can sit his ass and learn from the Queen how to excell and put on a real show.
