Okay my statement might sound stupid to some of you but this is what I think: I think Danielle is deep down a sweet and pure person. It's her tough attitude that's hiding it most of the time. I think the reason why she has that attitude in the first place is because she in the past MIGHT HAVE had depression, she might have hated herself and had a low self esteem. So as she went through puberty she tried really hard to keep her depression off her mind.
