Thank you for the video, I was really curious how you keep your hair looking great for a whole week with it being curled. My hair is pin straight and doesn't hold curl that much, but I'll definitely use a lot of the tips you mentioned :))

I use that dry shampoo too and really like. I tried it when you suggested it before. I have brown hair and it dries a creamy color. Do you know if they make a brownish color or plan to? If I use a lot, I have to cover it with light brown spray color.
Do you have any advice for getting rid of the split part in the back of my head?

Any curl hair routines? I’m trying a bunch to see what works the best, but I’ve found that it takes longer so I dread the task of washing. ThenI just end up looking like a poodle the day after (still struggling with the best way to protect my curls while sleeping). I do lots of moisture which helps, detox my hair from build up, have lots of good products but really struggling with refreshing my curls after day 1.

Josie do you sleep with your hair up in a bun or free and wild??? I have changed my hair routine from daily washing to every 4 days washing and I sleep with a silk pillow case. I have heard sleeping with your hair in a bun or braid is also a great idea so just curious if you support that idea.

I wash my hair 2 times a week some times I can get away with a week. But when I shower in the middle my hair gets really frizzy when I'm trying not to wash it. What do you do. God bless

I think the best is to keep slowly extending the number of days in between washes and that way you can "train" your hair to stay fresh for longer.

I couldn’t do the once a week wash, my hair is super oily, tried the dry shampoo and it just makes my scalp really itchy… I wash every three days now and it works
Same. Couldn't do once a week. Once every 4-5 days is perfect for me. If I go more than that the base of the nape of my neck starts to get really itchy & breakout. I also don't follow this religiously. I will wash my hair if I've been in an environment that has lots of allergens & my scalp starts to itch really bad (like in Dec when I went to an indoor Christmas Tree Farm) or if I've sweated a lot & my hair is really matted, no matter if it's been only 2 days or so since my last wash. I prioritize scalp health more than anything, and only stick to every 4-5 days if there aren't any factors that cause me to need to wash my hair (although it ends up being more to wash my scalp than anything).
How do you keep your hair from smelling bad after a few days, especially in the summer?

I’m to the point where I’m washing my hair twice a week. I used to do it everyday. It certainly is a long process, and dry shampoo has become my best friend. 😂 I’m trying to get to once a week because so many people seem to be benefitting from that choice. Do you have any hair mask recommendations?
