whats the best way to spec up armour? i main badon and have been thinking of swithcing my helm to be more defensive. My current helm is mage cowl which i dont think is that useful

You are right. Mage cowl is not useful for badon. You should make full spec for your main set then use combat points for other armors in the same tree

whats your build?
Assassin jacket, badon, any plate boot with green sprint, undead cape. I do not use a specific helmet for a while. Currently I use guardian helmet.
