- The Chūō Main Line (Japanese: 中央本線, Hepburn: Chūō-honsen), commonly called the Chūō Line, is one of the major trunk railway lines in Japan. It connects Tokyo and Nagoya, although it is the slowest direct railway connection between the two cities; the coastal Tōkaidō Main Line is slightly faster, and the Tōkaidō Shinkansen is currently the fastest rail link between the cities.
Local and rapid service trains run on the line from Nakatsugawa to Nagoya. This section carries urban traffic for the Greater Nagoya Area.
Series 211 trains will be retired from the Chuo Line by 2024.

I can see through your train fan perspective. You wanted to film this line so you could also save what it was like to be on that particular model of train.
They are being replaced the new 315 Series train sets, which are starting to enter service with JR Central. Unlike the older train sets, the new train sets use less power and have announcements in both Japanese and English.
Nice.
In my opinion you should clean the window from inside and outside as video would gain so much on quality. It is a must to do if you want to film quality video and - if driver would like to see the rail at all, if I put it a bit in extreme.
To be honest: I would like to enjoy the video but I have skipped it due to that yellow color that is present.
Out there are other videos with better quality. So - I made my choices.
I did not want to piss you off but to gave my opinion only.
