Felix never said anything directly about his sexuality but also he never tried to be discreet about the fact that he might be a part of lgbtq+ community ❤️
Yessss I love this! Chan and Changbin especially have talked about avoiding using gendered pronouns in their music so that more people can relate to it, which I love. When they performed I'll Be Your Man by BtoB on Kingdom, they even altered the lyrics so the 'you' isn't referred to as a girl.
it was behind kingdom not sure which episode that they posted, they said that they changed the lyrics to the original song so that everyone can relate to it
as someone from the lgbt+ community; a cis-gendered gay man, this is one of the reasons why i love stanning stray kids so much cuz they never fail to make me feel included as a fanboy! like for example, they don’t really use gendered pronouns cuz they want more people to relate to their music and stories, and also in one of the SKZ Talkers, Changbin first asked “I look good right now, I’m doing it for the Stay princesses” but then he also said “ah! i shouldn’t say that because there are also Stay princes!” and when i tell you that i teared up omg 😭 i know this may seem overdramatic but i’ve been stanning kpop for 10 years but i’ve never felt so included when i started to stan stray kids! they never fail to also include their fanboys and nb fans! for chan’s room, at the ending, he usually say something like “good bye baby stays!” cuz before this he used to say baby girls only and then he included baby boys too! after a while, he changed it to baby stays so that everyone could feel included and also saying baby stays instead of baby girls and baby boys is way easier 😂 so yeahhhh that’s why i love stray kids so much!
A fanboy! Yes! Recently Changbin had a cute moment in one of the SKZ talker vids where he talked to the camera and said, “Get ready to welcome me Stay princesses,” then thought for a second and said, “Oh, this isn’t it. Stay is not a princess. Stay…there could be a prince, right?” So even though his first thought was the fangirls, he immediately corrected himself to recognize that fanboys love him too…which I thought was endearing.
Also to add up, LEEKNOW took the #8 spot on the Top 10 names in the world on being mentioned by the #LGBTQIA community on social media during the Pride month of 2021!
Personally, I believe the the Kids aren't homophobic AT ALL...at least, not from what I've seen and from the stories that some of you have told me. But there is a discussion to be had about the queer-baiting that occurs in the industry at large (which JYP is completely fine with) but when it comes to actually supporting LGBTQ+ rights....or representing members of the LGBTQ+... TL;DR - Stray Kids good, JYP bad
It’s important to remember the social climate in South Korea as well. JYP is a publicly traded company on the South Korean stock exchange. With so much stigma to same-sex relationships and same-sex marriage in their country - I have a feeling it’s a don’t ask-don’t tell environment. They have to protect their bottom line.
@@notme3252 Sure. But JYP’s CEO is very homophobic and not only speaks out against LGBTQ+ support bills, but also kicks out certain performers if they are even remotely “out”. And again, this is another generational issue (just as it is in the US) from what I’ve been told. Millennials and younger generally feel that’s it’s not really an issue. It’s the older, more religious individuals who do. We’ve seen how much support Holland has received on his own. So it’s a matter of wanting your company to progress and thrive in the new era, or slowly become a relic. 🤷🏻♂️
@@Psynergic The hypocracy of encouraging idol members to be overly “friendly” with each other for PR and not be accepting of what that could imply is disheartening. It makes you wonder what a homophobe is masking with their intense hate for the LGBTQ+ community 👀
i feel like even though they "are not allowed" to talk directly about the lgbtq+ community they still manage to talk about it in a not obvious way and to make us feel safe about it . i know for some people that feels like nothing but personally all of this little things are helping me to be more confident about it. and thats why i love them :)
I've said it often and it fits here too - I love k-pop, but hate the industry. It's relevant to a lot of things, but the treatment of the our community is definitely one of them.
Minho actually wears safety pins very often and he even posted a selfie literally HOLDING ONE in his hand, at the time he already was my bias but that was the nail in the coffin for me... I had a safety pin tattoo even before I knew anything about kpop, 4 years ago, and I've been out for 10 years now, so somehow finding some kind of acknowledgement by my favorite person in the entire world makes me feel validated as hell... Life is tough for us you know, any little thing that helps me keep going, I will definitely cherish it and flaunt it around. Also Minho has a very big heart and you probably can look up vids about his involvement in cat shelters, UNICEF, sponsoring African children, always buying fashion accessories that support good causes, and even very recently he bought face masks that supports a cat shelter, he's very thoughtful and very humble which is why not enough people/STAYs know about this, especially new ones. I know this was a LGBTI+ video but seeing the way you literally melted upon the safety pin thing, and his overall veryyyy fruity behavior, I feel like you would appreciate to learn a bit more about him. He's very hard working, never lets us worry about his well being, he texts good night every day and always reminds us to eat our meals, he's a sweetheart and he only deserves the best. My tsundere baby 💕
The director Novvkim is openly gay and has directed a bunch of videos for them, including Red Lights, Hyunjin's dance videos, Easy, and Drive. So I do think JYP is a 'don't ask-don't tell' situation.
Hii I’m Korean and I’ve never lived in other countries so my english might be bad so sorry about that first. In Korea, most of the younger generation accept lgbtq+ positively but sometimes, some people ask like “oh.. then you like me?”. My parents are very strict christian and they used to hate lgbtq+ but, as the number of lgbtq+ characters in dramas and movies increased, they accept them naturally and their prejudices disappeared. We’ll have the president election soon but as i know only one candidate mentioned and send support to lgbtq+ community. I hope my explanation would help you to understand social awareness about lgbtq+ in Korea. We also hold queer culture festival every year, not only in Seoul so It’s definitely getting better and better. time is the key! I’m waiting the day that I don’t need to explain what is pansexual and why I am pansexual anymore!🥰
Stray kids went to a pride parade in NYC and bang Chan is often inclusive in his speech (a direct quote) “…if you’re a boy, a girl, or anyone else you choose to be” and he has said in his live that all are welcome and he means ALL. Lee Know is actually really soft hearted which you saw in the 2kids1room but it’s even deeper than that. All his jewelry is for a cause and has meaning whether it’s saving animals, awareness and donations to unfortunate children and his safety pin earring showing off his support to the 🏳️🌈. And when Felix was at a fan meet a fan asked him who’s your ideal type Felix responded “boy or girl”. Stray kids are very comfortable with themselves and stays are and should be very happy that the group we chose to stan cares enough about us to be inclusive and mindful of us which a lot of idols don’t engaged with these topics bc of backlash. And it’s just like you said whatever their sexuality is has nothing to do with us. They’re people who deserve respect and privacy regardless of how much they give and share with us. Thank you for respecting them as well!
I believe they arent allowed to take anything in general from the audience during performance since they would be bombarded by too many gifts on stage, its not just discriminating lgbtq+ contents thankfully! The gifts can be given to them during fansigns cc:
As many have said, it's not JUST the lgtbq+ gifts they can't really receive on stage when performing. Otherwise they'd get too many with nowhere for it to go. They CAN give it to them at fan signs. The boys, as you can see, are very accepting and open and loving of the lgbtq+ community, and I think that's beautiful. Also, I love your reactions, and I LOVE that you and Topher do videos together. It makes me smile a ton. You're both hilarious and awesome and wonderful. Thank you for reacting, I really hope you guy continue your Stray Kids journey as well. They have so many songs in their discography that I think you'd find to be equally as amazing as I do.
Thank you, Candace!! I'm definitely on this journey till the end! 😊💙 I mean, let's not forget the JYP CEO being all kinds of homophobic 😉 I can see why that would be a rule, but when the member actually WANTS and ASKS to bring it up....🤷🏼♂️ Personally, I believe the the Kids aren't homophobic AT ALL...at least, not from what I've seen. But there is a discussion to be had about the queer-baiting that occurs in the industry (which JYP is completely fine with) but when it comes to actually supporting the LGBTQ+ rights....
"it's not political, it's human rights" thank you!!! its so frustrating that our identities are considered political, especially for trans people right now. like, the fact that my right to use a public bathroom is considered a political issue is absolutely baffling to me
Chan’s Room is the most therapeutic thing ever…it’s especially nice cause he USUALLY is good about translating the gist of what he’s saying into English so we don’t have to wait for the subs and can enjoy watching live just a little more than normal. 🥺❤️
One thing about Stray Kids is how open they are talking about things whether it be their likes or dislikes, mental health, and even personal things. One example is from a Vlive when Chan was talking about ways to handle stress. He mentioned that there are better ways to cope and not hurt ourselves. To me for an idol to say something of that degree is really powerful!
I am Korean and I don't care about what their sexuality/gender identity is. It is none of my business. Their music, stage, and personality will stay same anyways, and those are what I love about them! I am also so proud of them that they support LGBTQ+!! Love your reaction :D
their neveending struggle with being called straight kids in interviews and holding their laughs LMAO felix saying his fave colors are blue pink and purple during pride month i think they’ve hinted a lot of times but like we shouldn’t assume anyways so :D
I wondered how many times Stray Kids use the word "girl" in their discography (they are a kind of boy band after all). One time. They only use the word "girl" one time in their whole discography, and it's in a song where none of the members have the first writing credit (like they usually do) Airplane is an absolute banger tho! :)
@@quokkaracha20 yo that's sick, I never actually realized that! I thought it had just the one peter pan reference at the end. I absolutely adore how skz keep their songs gender neutral
@@leaha1162 I'm just talking about the literal use of the word "girl" tho! It isn't in sorry I love you. You can sing along to that song no matter what sexuality you have, because there are no literal gendered terms. I know "pretty" is used mostly for women, but I've seen some sources translate it (in the song) to "beautiful". And even if it wasn't, "pretty" *can* be used for anyone, regardless of gender. I would call Hyunjin and Felix both damn pretty 😉
"Who doesn't let them take it?" = it's not the manager, it's a company policy Based on the experience of a colleague who worked on Day6's show, JYP is VERY controlling. Artists cannot take any gift since they cannot take them all, but they also cannot take a flag or message banner (even without keeping it) in fear of public's reaction, they also cannot say what they want during the show and were asked to speak Korean as much as possible rather than English (might be different in a country with English as their main language, but the show wasn't so I don't know) I think it goes much further than LGBTQ+ issues, it's mostly a balancing act to avoid backlash (and some fans craziness) And we should be happy to see that Skz have more freedom than some other artists
The company is not letting them get the lgbt flag, they are not allowed to. Not just Stray Kids but most Kpop group in the industry are not allowed by their company. I heard it is because it's kind of controversial for koreans, LGBTQ+ are still not that accepted by koreans so to avoid issue the company didn't allowed kpop group to take LGBTQ+ Flag, Koreans are still not that open minded. This is what I know, just correct me if I'm wrong.
Maybe older Koreans (like older Americans) - but from many of the Korean reactors I watch, they have the opinion that it's not the same for the younger generations. But I'm an outsider, so I can only go off of what others who live there say. 😊
@@Psynergic it would be cool if they got their own pride flag and wrote a message for stays and brought it up on stage. I don’t think the company could really do anything if they did it themselves and honestly I don’t thing Chan or any of the other members would care if they did try to say something.
If you google korean lgbt bullying you'll see its really bad for lgbt youths in korea (many recent articles). Even teachers can be homohobic and basically punish kids for being gay, I've read some pretty horrifying stories... There's no laws to protect lgbt folks either, they can be fired, evicted & denied services for being gay. Lgbt kpop artists has been banned from appearing on some big TV networks (which is extremely bad for the group/persons promotion) & have their content be age restricted, so companies might disband groups or kick the specific member out if they'd come out publicly. JYP (former owner of JYPE & Stray kids literal boss) does a sermon (idk if that's how it's spelled but when they talk... religiously...) broadcast for a really homophobic Christian cult. Their BOSS....... The general population is also really uneducated on lgbt (pro lgbt hets often still thinks it's a choice bc theres not much education on lgbt). Lgbt folks are so hidden many people think they've never seen or met someone lgbt before... And lgbt support in korea is still low & religion rules their politics... It's not a safe environment unfortunately 😬 I hope they can show the flag on stage without going against company policy one day 😭
Watch more of their cute interactions!!! *There is no such thing as a fixed ship in stray kids.* Every single one of them are cuddly with each other!!! I actually fell for SKZ hard after watching a lot of their variety shows and get shocked on how comfortable they r with each other. No one was disgusted with skinship, and everyone cares to such a personal level with each other.
my favorite part of this video is han's affirmative "GAY." after each clip lol. he really just said that out of nowhere on a live stream oh and sam smith's pronouns are they/them just so u know!!
Actually jype the company and former CEO are homophobic jype kicked out a gay trainee who wanted to be out about his sexuality (he was supposed to be in the groups 2pm or 2am who are older groups that debuted in the late 2000s and a former member of 2pm jokwon has come out as non binary they only came out after leaving jype) you could think that they have changed but jyp the former CEO and still a big producer in jype has recently said he doesn't support the anti-discrimnation law which would protect minorities and LGBTQ+ people because it's against his beliefs. (And just right after that blew up chan texted on bubble asked about our favorite color and said his is rainbow I don't know if that was intentional or not but it was really random)
Im in no way saying JYP isn't homphobic (he clearly is...) but that time he actually took a neutral stand on the anti-discrimination issue. He basically said he didn't think laws should be based on whats right or wrong by the church (so he found a way to not say he was against it but also not pro - basically neutral)
Nowhere did I say that?? But saying someone said they were against it when they stayed neutral is factually wrong. It helps nobody to spread misinformation, no matter what we think of what he said...
@@regurii he said it's against his beliefs so he's against it ☠️ and you can't stay neutral on human rights he's known as a conservative in korea and he had rumors about being in a Christian cult and there are many of those in korea "being neutral" towards a law that would protect people existing not even giving them rights is not it stop justifying
@@kindhani8134 idk if you read a bad translation, but if you watch the episode homosexuality is against his religious beliefs but he specifically said when it comes to the anti-discrimination law he does not think religion should have a part in it... Again yes he is homophobic af, but regarding the LAW he did not speak against it like you're saying he did. I'm a lesbian and even I agree with him that we shouldn't mix lgbt rights with religion 💀 Edit* Also I'm not saying he's neutral in general, I'm referring to the specific thing he said in the video you're specifically referencing 🙌
the flag thing also happened recently to hongjoong (from ateez). it was some sort of sound check fan meet thing before their concert (idk where anymore but in an american city) and a fan in one of the groups had a pride flag with them and hongjoong wanted to hold it for the group picture but the staff wouldn't let him i think due to corona measures.
I don't think you need any reason to love Felix other than the fact that well, he's Felix! 😂 he's my wrecker and my enby pan kid's bias so he's very well loved in our house.
haha could you imagine.. 😳 I'd love to watch that series with him! I would be a nervous wreck...even though I've spoken at international research conferences...😅 (but seriously, hmu Felix!)
It seems to very much depend on the company whether Idols are allowed to be very open with their support or not. Generally idols from smaller companies are able to more openly support, and do things like taking pride flags on stage. As far as large companies go SM is probably the most open one. They have had an mv depicting queer love, and had drag queens in a mv. Some Idols from the company have also made public statements supporting lgbtq+ people, as well as openly showing their friendship with some of the very few openly gay celebrities in Korea.
"how about just let them exist" THANK YOUUU I think its fun to enjoy watching their relationships with each other and to appreciate the love they have for each other :) "its not political, its human rights" YEP you're the best!!! I'm excited for the day eventually when they don't have to worry about what will happen to them under company/industry rules and can say and do whatever they want, I just KNOW it is going to be pure love and chaos and I am SO excited. I love all your videos but I'm a huge STAY so skz content is my favorite hehehe
not to mention the fact that nearly all of their songs are gender-neutral! (not aimed specifically towards girls, not dropping the word "girl" randomly, etc) i really appreciate this as someone who is on the non-binary spectrum! :))
Love this so much!! Listen Felix is my bias and is the sweetest, kindest angel you’ll ever meet so I fully support the falling in love with him because I have!! 😭💙 I’m always hoping for someone else to join the Felix bias club with me, but honestly even if he’s not their bias everyone loves him!
About the pride flag, they couldn't take some gifts/things from the fans in the middle of the concert. There are some concert where fans usually throw their gifts in front of the stage so skz will able to use or play with it. (but it depends on the stage tho as well) Them wanting to take the flag was hard, cuz they are still performing.
I think the flag situations were more because they were in locations where the governments were not cool with LGBTQ+. Their team seems pretty solid though. They seem to have a strong, close relationship with their manager and staff. :)
Yea so south Korean is honestly still a pretty conservative country, like honestly it's kind of hard to describe, like literally 5 years ago you would hear people say things about male kpop idols wearing makeup straight to their face, like actually right to their face, nowadays not so much. Of course I'm not korean so I can't really say much but things like LGBTQ+ are a bit hush hush, like you can make silent references but most of the time you can't ever out right say it. The very first and only confirmed openly gay kpop idol is Holland, and he talks about how him being openly gay has gotten him kicked out of most if not all companies, he even created his own company, and not given the same opportunitys as other kpop idols. Would also like to mention that back in the day, kinda of before 3rd gen and 4th gen, kpop idols had a very.... toxic relationship with fan service, like would straight up kiss members openly on stage but then say some slick homophobic ish right after. That's all imma say on that, of course not all older gen kpop idols but it's one of the reasons why I don't really stan any 1st 2nd gen idols
a skz lgbt+ video i HAVEN'T seen yet?! excellent. thanks, as always, for your reactions! i adore stray kids AND you, so i have a two-for-one with this video today! shout out from one member of the rainbow pride squad to another! I'd love to see your reaction to the BL "Lovely Writer." I believe Topher is reacting to it. I rate it as high as Bad Buddy in the smashes-BL-tropes category
i hope u enjoyed the video! them being super inclusive and supportive makes me even more of a stay that i already was, almost all of their songs don’t have a “gender” meaning they don’t use the word girl, it’s usually they/them and i think that’s pretty cool because you don’t see it often. chan got pretty bad backlash from that clip of him talking about periods, a lot of people were mad because he is a man and he is “not supposed” to talk about those things (which i think it’s stupid, because the boy never said anything wrong, and i would very much rather if boys had a little bit of knowledge or empathy towards those things) and that was really sad, he even apologized which i don’t think he should’ve.
Your disclaimer gives me life. There's so much hate toward videos like this and "fans" decrying that it's not okay because they're straight and it's not right to suggest anything else. Meanwhile the idols have never explicitly said they were straight. Like, just don't assume anything. And don't make being straight some default setting for people, like some app installation where if you don't go into advanced settings and explicitly choose 'gay' then by default you're straight. The default is just existence.
I knw this is completely off topic cuz no one knows who i am but on new year's, my friend came out as bi and i just wanted to say i'm so proud of her. i was a lil shocked at first tho haha cuz i' 15 n she's 14 and i've known her since we were like 5-6 yrs old but srsly, applause for her courage and everone should be proud of who they are yasssss
I really think there is a reason skz have such a huge and devoted lgbtq+ following. Their love and support has never felt fake or objectifying. Yes there is some fanservice of course, it's the nature of the industry, but never once have I looked at fanservice and thought "this is queerbaiting me" like with other groups. I've never had that doubt because while JYP/E might want a queerphobic audience, I know through their music and their behavior that skz do not, and their support and love is genuine even in those times where producers clearly are feeding them what to do and say. Being a trans queer-identifying gay man I do of course recognize the importance of never forcing a label onto anyone, but we do find our own people. There IS coding there that is subtle and not baiting. Whether its an intentional signal or just a result of aggressive acceptance doesnt really matter to me, it makes me feel safe regardless. I look at skz and feel that im looking at our community, no matter what they identify as. Right now with no one having come out about their sexuality, they are very good Allies and thats enough.
Thank you so much for what you said in your disclaimer at the beginning. It's how I feel too. Their personal lives are just that," Theirs!" These videos are just cute and entertaining. Love your videos♥♥♥♥
I love your reactions! I'vw finally found a person whose reactions I am enjoying and want to keep watching! Stray kids are amazing and thank you for reacting to them and giving them love : )
Hello I absolutely adore your reactions to stray kids I would love to see you react to Another day. It is a song that has a special place on my heart and is written by han
The fact that I'm watching this video while the Kids are on their way to the US during pride month makes me so excited. Hopefully, we'll get more content for a part 2 maybe....? haha 😝
I absolutely love your videos so thank you so much for making them!!! 🥰🥰🥰 I got here because of your stray kids react and I just absolutely love what you have to say and your psychiatrist commentary.
Since you've said that you are a seungjin biased I recommend you checking 'Hyunjin and Seungmin flirting for 10 minutes straight' by Supportminsung!! Thank you for the reactions!!
Please react to “Straykids fruity moments 🌈” it’s very good with recent moments, many of their more popular compilations repeat themselves and are ancient
Thought you said sinner-gic at first and got very confused, then I saw your chanel name and realised I'm just dumb and continued to watch the video cuz it said lgbtq+ and skz in the same sentence. Nice video!
Okey then please react to "Felix being a cuddle bag " for ur next vid , coz after analyzing all ur skz reaction I've known tht you've became a die-hearted Felix Stan n skz also
No, we can't get people fired for not letting celebrities take random things from fans. Both attempts to give members Pride flags sound like they were made while the members were on stage. When has a fan ever been able to just give things to the band, regardless of what the gift was? There's enough hate in the world, there's no need to go looking for it or adding to it.
OOP I hope you've got a Chanlix reaction lined up at some point cause I know you've picked up on those vibes 👀 Thank you for reacting to the kids though, you are so sweet and funny and I'm sure Chan enjoys watching too!!
A lot of the times the Kids arent allowed to take stuff not just lgbtq things, but many other things as well and for the most part they arent allowed to take things due to covid and covid precautions. Not saying that is for every instance, but for the most part that is why.
Absolutely love your reactions to stray kids😍💎👌🏻 P.S. would recommend you to watch Skz "All night" (3 episodes) {Chan, Changbin, Felix and Seungmin} 🤭🔥🔥🔥🔥😌 👆🏻 And your reaction too😍
If you are looking for a pretty good (I’m not saying it’s a good example of a healthy lbgtq+ relationship but the drama is good lol) BL drama I highly recommend TharnType. It’s a Thai BL drama that stars Mew Suppasit (super talented singer too if you are so inclined to look him up) and it is fantastic!!!!
I find it sad that while SKZ are completely supportive and encouraging of all people regardless of gender identity, race, social status, sexual orientation, or whoever someone chooses to be their managers and staff (who are older closed minded gen) won't let them in order to save their own beliefs. I think Stray Kids when they finish their contract with JYP should keep their name and once out of his hold collab with every singer who is lgbt starting with Holland. If SKZ ever collabed with Holland it would be a huge moment for the world.
Kinda convicned some Kpop Idols male and female have been and are watching the same BL's as you did and I do or will do. Like it just would make sense, many of them are actors and actresses as well, they have written and or sung Soundtracks (OSTs) for Animes and Series / Drama / Love stories and surley made LGBTQ+IA hinting comments. "Being as honest as possible without being kicked out of the industry." But I will say it until it happens if they're not already working on it "There will be a Thai Pop Kpop BL crossover (most likely soone when we think)" We just need to get some peoples stick out of their behinds a lil more. ;)
There is a theory that the next single from SKZ will start with a Q because the last four singles, in order, have been: Levanter God's Menu Back Door Thunderous We will find out on March 18th! :)

Honeslty with saftey pins I'm not sure, if they really still stand for these things (worldwide) or if they are sometimes just a fashion choice...like not everyone who wears a cross is a Christian Church Person....you know?
Nice video I love it! I think Korea is not very progressive when it comes to this and they (idols) have to be really really careful of their actions. That being said…as soon as someone in BTS comes out or some big kpop star comes out and releases a pride song it will really open the flood gates and things will change. Korean government run the country like a company (they actually put tax payer money into kpop because it brings money to their country) so as soon as they decide it’s more profitable to be inclusive, things will change very fast.
if an idol comes out as gay, that would not change anything. the general public of korea does not care about kpop. kpop idols are considered c-list celebs. and kpop hardly brings money to Korea in comparison to other industries. I think you’re forgetting the country is literally home to samsung, hyundai, LG, etc.
I want to fire the person who wouldn't lit them take the pride flags to but its jyp mate I don't think we can do it also straykids has realy help my confidence grow enough for to come out to my parents as bi anyway I've go on a rant again so end of the story straykids are amazing and I hate jyp.💓💜💙
fun fact: Felix has a very strong lgbtq+ fanbase in Korea (which is really rare). They call him their rainbow unicorn.
Felix never said anything directly about his sexuality but also he never tried to be discreet about the fact that he might be a part of lgbtq+ community ❤️
an angel indeed
I love that 💗
Omg that's so sweet! 😊

I love them for this!
I LOVE THAT ...I noticed also like in Jisung's solos too that he never actually mentions a gender , who is he talking about....I love them istg

Literally one of the best videos I’ve ever watched, Felix really is a cuddle bug and it’s adorable 😭✨
I love that video so much😭
as someone from the lgbt+ community; a cis-gendered gay man, this is one of the reasons why i love stanning stray kids so much cuz they never fail to make me feel included as a fanboy!
like for example, they don’t really use gendered pronouns cuz they want more people to relate to their music and stories, and also in one of the SKZ Talkers, Changbin first asked “I look good right now, I’m doing it for the Stay princesses” but then he also said “ah! i shouldn’t say that because there are also Stay princes!”
and when i tell you that i teared up omg 😭 i know this may seem overdramatic but i’ve been stanning kpop for 10 years but i’ve never felt so included when i started to stan stray kids! they never fail to also include their fanboys and nb fans!
for chan’s room, at the ending, he usually say something like “good bye baby stays!” cuz before this he used to say baby girls only and then he included baby boys too! after a while, he changed it to baby stays so that everyone could feel included and also saying baby stays instead of baby girls and baby boys is way easier 😂
so yeahhhh that’s why i love stray kids so much!
TL;DR : I love stanning Stray Kids so much because they always make me feel included as a cis-gendered fanboy ❣️
A fanboy!
I love this! 💙💙
As he should! 😻😻😌
The latest lee know interview where he said skzs representative emoji is the rainbow emoji 😭 I remember he once said we all have our unique color ❤
Sexuality is a fluid spectrum. People who smack labels on others are missing the mark.
Your English was perfect in this and thank you for sharing also I'm Pansexual as well 😊 💗much love from the US!
Pansexual gang rise up! That was awesome English btw much love from Portugal! :3
The president that win is not the supportive one as far as i know the current president looks really negatively to lgbt.
thank you for the insights & your english is great! wishing you well as another pansexual!!
💖💖💕💕
''Listen Felix you better stop that. You're gona make me fall in love with you and what Seungmin's gonna do ... '' 🤣🤣🤣
I mean, let's not forget the JYP CEO being all kinds of homophobic 😉
I can see why that would be a rule, but when the member actually WANTS and ASKS to bring it up....🤷🏼♂️
Personally, I believe the the Kids aren't homophobic AT ALL...at least, not from what I've seen.
One time. They only use the word "girl" one time in their whole discography, and it's in a song where none of the members have the first writing credit (like they usually do)
Airplane is an absolute banger tho! :)
also, airplane has many peter pan references, so when they say "girl", they're actually referring to wendy ("girl i can show you neverland")
@@quokkaracha20 yo that's sick, I never actually realized that! I thought it had just the one peter pan reference at the end. I absolutely adore how skz keep their songs gender neutral
actually “sorry i love you” is also referring to a girl as the word they use in korean for “pretty” is mostly used for girls
I would call Hyunjin and Felix both damn pretty 😉
hello!! i’m the person in the chan video call at 4:30
Awww, that was such a sweet moment! I'm so happy you found this reaction!! (I LOVED your backdrop too!) 💙💙💙
"Who doesn't let them take it?" = it's not the manager, it's a company policy
Based on the experience of a colleague who worked on Day6's show, JYP is VERY controlling.
Artists cannot take any gift since they cannot take them all, but they also cannot take a flag or message banner (even without keeping it) in fear of public's reaction, they also cannot say what they want during the show and were asked to speak Korean as much as possible rather than English (might be different in a country with English as their main language, but the show wasn't so I don't know)
I think it goes much further than LGBTQ+ issues, it's mostly a balancing act to avoid backlash (and some fans craziness)
And we should be happy to see that Skz have more freedom than some other artists
No one was disgusted with skinship, and everyone cares to such a personal level with each other.
my favorite part of this video is han's affirmative "GAY." after each clip lol. he really just said that out of nowhere on a live stream
oh and sam smith's pronouns are they/them just so u know!!
Did I accidentally say use the wrong pronouns? 😨
My sincerest apologies Sam! I did know and it was purely accidental.. 😕
just a heads up, theyre having a comeback on march 18th
uwaaaa this is my first time listening to this news too!! Cant wait for his reaction to their newly released trailer though, literally so epic
Ooooh good to know! Thank you for informing me! 💙💙
@@Psynergic please react to the trailer of the comeback! It’s really stunning!
@@regurii being neutral about human rights is still not okay tho. you can't be neutral towards discrimination
I'm a lesbian and even I agree with him that we shouldn't mix lgbt rights with religion 💀
Edit* Also I'm not saying he's neutral in general, I'm referring to the specific thing he said in the video you're specifically referencing 🙌
The first principle is do no harm.
None of the SKZ members will refute or confirm.
Gender neutrality.
the flag thing also happened recently to hongjoong (from ateez). it was some sort of sound check fan meet thing before their concert (idk where anymore but in an american city) and a fan in one of the groups had a pride flag with them and hongjoong wanted to hold it for the group picture but the staff wouldn't let him i think due to corona measures.
I don't think you need any reason to love Felix other than the fact that well, he's Felix! 😂 he's my wrecker and my enby pan kid's bias so he's very well loved in our house.
Felix + Shawn = best collab ever, I would LOVE to see both of y'all react to BLs together. XD
lol That would be pretty freakin' amazing!
Maybe we should just start the tweets or vlive messages? 😁💙
Lix should collab on your channel and react to Not Me with you, that would be iconic lol
haha could you imagine.. 😳
I'd love to watch that series with him!
I would be a nervous wreck...even though I've spoken at international research conferences...😅
(but seriously, hmu Felix!)
A great popular compilation is the H in stray kids stands for heterosexual 😂please that one has a great selection(thumbs up stays please)
"how about just let them exist" THANK YOUUU
I think its fun to enjoy watching their relationships with each other and to appreciate the love they have for each other :)
"its not political, its human rights" YEP you're the best!!!
In a vlive Hyunjin was singing a song Who was saying "Picnic with my girlfriend" but he went "Picnic with my Boy... My Girlfriend"
not to mention the fact that nearly all of their songs are gender-neutral!
Hiii!! Skz comeback is near😍
Yay!!!! 🎉💙
i hope u enjoyed the video! them being super inclusive and supportive makes me even more of a stay that i already was, almost all of their songs don’t have a “gender” meaning they don’t use the word girl, it’s usually they/them and i think that’s pretty cool because you don’t see it often.
chan got pretty bad backlash from that clip of him talking about periods, a lot of people were mad because he is a man and he is “not supposed” to talk about those things (which i think it’s stupid, because the boy never said anything wrong, and i would very much rather if boys had a little bit of knowledge or empathy towards those things) and that was really sad, he even apologized which i don’t think he should’ve.
I dont think theyre allowed to accept anything from fans when theyre on stage...
Its not just pride flags they are being denied
Yesssssss... let people exist how they want and give SUPPORT.. 🙌
I love your reactions! I'vw finally found a person whose reactions I am enjoying and want to keep watching! Stray kids are amazing and thank you for reacting to them and giving them love : )
And Lee Know has objects, clothing and jewelry from stores and brands that support the LGBTQ+ cause
Hello I absolutely adore your reactions to stray kids
I would love to see you react to Another day. It is a song that has a special place on my heart and is written by han
I will have to check it out! Thank you for recommending it! 💙💙

"Good job, lesbians!" Idk why this killed me 😭💀
Still waiting for your Minnie's Mini log reaction video that you mentioned one time 🥺❤️
Love the reaction 💕!
Also they just released the trailer for their upcoming comeback, it looks phenomenal ✨🤩
Please react to “Straykids fruity moments 🌈” it’s very good with recent moments, many of their more popular compilations repeat themselves and are ancient
Idk how much but I would pay to see you and Felix react to Sasaki and Miyano or Given!
Pls dig into Minsuuuung! They're absolutely the best ship
SKZ ODDINARY MARCH 18 COMEBACK PREORDER ALBUM FRANKESTEIN VER STARTS NOW
Thought you said sinner-gic at first and got very confused, then I saw your chanel name and realised I'm just dumb and continued to watch the video cuz it said lgbtq+ and skz in the same sentence.
If you like bl, react to some minsung moments lol😂💔just jk :)
Their moments are very intresting and sus 😂
I really like your videos!!!💜
Definitely keep an eye out for more ship videos soon 😉
The amount of people who think that human rights are political things to be debated honestly astounds me

Have you seen the latest SB19’s Valentines Show Break episode. It’s so chaotic and fun 🤣Hint: BL series 🤭
I've seen a certain clip/.gif floating around. I actually want to get to all of the showbreaks REAL soon!
OOP I hope you've got a Chanlix reaction lined up at some point cause I know you've picked up on those vibes 👀
Thank you for reacting to the kids though, you are so sweet and funny and I'm sure Chan enjoys watching too!!
who IS NOT LETTING THEM TAKE IT UP !!
A lot of the times the Kids arent allowed to take stuff not just lgbtq things, but many other things as well and for the most part they arent allowed to take things due to covid and covid precautions. Not saying that is for every instance, but for the most part that is why.
By the way I used to be Anny's World but new technology and old technology didn't want to communicate so new profile.
Absolutely love your reactions to stray kids😍💎👌🏻
P.S. would recommend you to watch Skz "All night" (3 episodes)
{Chan, Changbin, Felix and Seungmin}
🤭🔥🔥🔥🔥😌
👆🏻
And your reaction too😍
Is there a minsung vid coming any time soon 👀
Let's just say that you should prepare for a whole lotta ship videos 😉
First hey good morning
Good morning!! 💙
Loved the content as always!
Not Stray Kids related but I'd love to see you watching Wonho...lol. I think his video for Open Mind would be a good starting place.
"Being as honest as possible without being kicked out of the industry." But I will say it until it happens if they're not already working on it "There will be a Thai Pop Kpop BL crossover (most likely soone when we think)" We just need to get some peoples stick out of their behinds a lil more. ;)
I think it might have just been security that didnt let them take it
Please! Watch some MINSUNG compilations!!! They are the ship that carries this fandom alskdjasd
There is a theory that the next single from SKZ will start with a Q because the last four singles, in order, have been:
Levanter
God's Menu
Back Door
Thunderous
We will find out on March 18th! :)
Imagine
it didn't happen :( but we do still have a very solid LGBT. now we have M (mlm?? jk)

You should definitely react to some ship videos. Minsung 🛐 They’re so obvious istg
Majority kpop agency (including JYP, SKZ's agency) against LGBT+ in South Korea. They not accepted gay idol/trainee. This is not about politic. This is about asian things. The culture and mindset. Please understand.😊

"We are not straight kids"
*this is all I have to say.*
