thank you for sharing that, i'm really glad the music has been a little helper for you. i struggle with slowing down a lot and making these has really become an amazing way to pause and take the world in a bit. i hope the weight lifts soon and you can soak up some internal sunshine, i'll keep making meditations for now :)
Fighting anxiaty is a crazy thing. Sometimes you feel like you´ve beat it and sometimes it feels like it will beat you. I hadn't face this until a very traumatic break up in the beagning of the year. Curiosly it was the same time around Colou started the Cafe Trumpet Meditation project. It has been of unmesuarble help to me... Always a joy to come here listen to this beatiful, soothing and calm music and see the great comuinity that has been created around it. Happy to be a part of it! May all of us find peace and hapniss, reagardless of how dificult it may seem!
i always love reading the blurb (..description? idk what it's called haha) , they feel like diary entries and always go so well with the music. so grateful for you and your music (loved the album as well..the instruments and vocals blended together so beautifully)..., i'm not well-versed in music terms and often feel frustrated because i can't properly explain how your music makes me feel so i will just keep it simple with a thank you. wishing you and all who read this a blessed week full of love~~
aw thank you, that really means a lot. i think music terms are overrated anyways, i find it much more compelling to describe the way a sound makes you feel, there doesn't seem to be any emotion in telling someone how a sound was made. really glad you enjoyed the album as well :)

Beautiful music, as always, and I think the cat loved it, too. They enjoy being around gentle people. Did you know some cats, if introduced to halters early enough, quite like being brought for walks? If you had any park areas near you it might be worth investigating, because it looks like you don't have a garden. Just tossing ideas out there, but I'm sure you'll do great, based on what you said about the vet visit. Congrats on having a cat pick you out from the crowd. He knows how special you are.
