Today I will introduce to you a very famous traditional dish of Northern Vietnam - Banh Gio. Made from tapioca flour, meat and natural ingredients, carefully and beautifully wrapped in banana leaves, then steamed. I love Banh Gio, they're so delicious. I enjoy them as they are or sometimes with a bit of hot sauce. Marvelous! The food processor would turn the ingredients into a blended paste. Dicing the garlic, onion, mushroom and pork leaves them in tiny bits that yield some texture to this already pasty cake. This is the way to do it.
