i kno this is a few years old video but i just love how Ryunosuke doesnt really speak/know much english but as soon as the other guy starts playing he already knows lets Jam some Blues in C lol music really is the universal language man
New sounds, very acceptable for many genres. Great marriage. However, far, far too expensive for most of us non performing guitarists. Make one around $500 (or much less) that is similar in performance or someone else will.
I actually picked mine up two days ago. It's a really great guitar. Worth 2k? Hmmm. Debatable if ANY guitar is, but I dont regret for a second spending it. I HAD thought with this price point It should have had a hard case. UNTIL I examined the "gig bag". Hell, its better than some of my hard cases. lol I love this thing! Don't hate because the price scares you.
Aizu Hakimi why can’t someone else get a chance. The Miyavi guy plays the same slap thing over and over. I like this kids style and funk. He’s coming up with some new stuff.
@@joerobinson6199 have you heard his recent stuff? He gets a lot of love and hate for it, but he's picked up a telecaster and a whammy bar to make some truly odd and unique, dissonant but melodic sounds. He doesn't do nearly as much slap as he used to.

RYUNOSUKE YAMAGISHI recently did an improv jam session with Yoyoka. Both of them were amazing! That's how I heard about him. Will be watching more of his stuff! Yoyoka is a World Class Japanese Girl Drummer, youngest ever to be added to DrummerWorld Top 500 OF ALL TIME (Last year when she was 11 y.o)! She also played at NAMM Show ruclips.net/video/XBWizeA5yt8/видео.html
Rasetsu Bass true but this kid is good. I’ve checked out his other stuff and he can play pretty much any style. Even Stevie Wonder stuff which is not easy on guitar especially, at his age. He’s also great at funk. I’m not sure you’re talking to me but it’s just my opinion.
It's an interesting concept, but I expect it will fail for three reasons: 1) It excels at nothing, and is mediocre at everything, 2) It's relatively expensive, and most importantly, 3) the concept of "one guitar for everything" runs counter to human nature; guitarists WANT to own multiple guitars, that excel at different things.
Awesome musicians but the guitars are a huge pos. imo. If you want an acoustic that plays like an electric and costs way less and would destroy both these guitars in sound and playability hunt down and buy an old Godin Acoustacaster with the LR. Baggs pre amp. and three acoustic pickups, now you got a serious acoustic guitar built for years and years of stage use. Mine has been used for around 150 gigs for 3 years and we play 3 1/2 to 4 hours (actual playtime) each gig without a single problem, (that's a lot of hours when you add it up)!! Be careful when buying new guitars they are too expensive to make a mistake, make you first purchase of each type of guitar be your last if you know what I mean. I'm NOT saying buy only one guitar just make sure each one you buy is the one best damn guitar for your intended use at that time. I own 17 guitars but everyone of them I've had for years and they all do something different but they do it exactally correct. I make sure it's what I want by playing all others like it then choose one. I'm an old guitarist at 63 and been playing shows 51 years now so I hope this hard earned and expensive information helps some of you younger guitarists, nothing worse than spending two grand to find it's not your dream guitar, "not where it's at" my Brothers and Sisters, "ROCK ON"!!!! 🤘😃🎸 BTW. I'm a huge Fender fan and I own 6 Fender guitars (all American made) and 5 Fender amps. I just would not buy one of these Telecoustic models, they sound crappy imo.
You are incorrect. The guitars are well made and sound really good. You talk about a reliable on-stage guitar. Where are these people playing? They are playing on a stage and they sound great. Now, could these guys play any guitar and sound great? Yep.
Thsnk you so much for such an informative comment. Im 63 and look8ng at a Mex Acoustasonic which plays very well. But coincidentally, i just saw a Godin (which brand I like) Acousticaster with LR Baggs pu just like you describe. May follow that one up now.

Sometimes Japanese musician play more aggresively style than the American, and that's more defining a true tone of the instrument

I could understand each guy and I don’t speak Japanese...but I hear music, I understand.

The "electric" guitar sounded pretty good, a little 🤔different.
Steve Ray Vaughan do Japão!!!
Toca muito mesmo.
these two are so good, their guitars are awesome, love to see them in a jam. it inducing me to buy one hehehehe.

Ryan, you are the bomb! You’ve exploded!!!
Very nice players...but for play what they did ...don't need an acoustic Telecaster but a normal electric one!
best demo of the acoustic telecaster yet!
So good
Gracias por "Comentar"!.
Can somebody tell me on what amp they are plugged? Acoustic or lamp?

I couldn't have said it better myself!
I think Miyavi would be a perfect artist to demonstrate this guitar

sb792079 no not really into that type of stuff. But thx for letting me know. I mean the guy is a really good guitarist just not my thing.
Sounded good till the hit of adrinillian kicked in and he started hallucinating he was playing in a 60's British rock band thru a marshall plexi

Nice sound blues.

Quelle surprise!
amaizing guitar and interpreters !!! well done !!! fender O,o as always breathtaking
Brilliant!
After seeing a lot of videos about it's accoustic side, seeing this is a relief

Com 10k vc compra uma pessoalmente nos EUA
Love the tone saw them perform at NAMM.
They look like breakfast pastries with strings.
Cool
Does he have electric guitar strings on this guitar?
0:28 has the lick got a name?

You spelled his last name wrong - it's Yamaguchi.
Came in here to hate on the guitar. Turns out to be super impressed by the performance. Still hates the guitar though.
Ethan Cheng yea the kid is really good.
I agree , these guitars sound like a crappy toy , the players are fine. The Taylor Tz5 blows away this new acousticsonic

@Rasetsu Bass Yes, but a shitty guitar can sound great in the hands of a great player...

Daiki Yokoyama
Daiki Yokoyama
