@Fake Gav for me I prefer when they are either childhood friends that eventually become bf/gf or they never met till middle school/UA and they start there relationship( friend to romance) there. or the very rare option where the BakuDeku ship isn't with Bakugo its with there sibling who has a thing for our boy.
Many BakuDeku ships go with the backstory of the bullying. I hate them, especially them. But if the story doesn't have such thing + Bakugo not being a complete asshole to everyone, I can watch with no problem.

Bakudeku is not actually toxic because in the manga bakugou says that he never hated deku is that his quirk made him to need to be angry to stay alive so my man my bakudeku simp self has spoke
So with this, a quirk that gives a person abilities to see through walls and clothing automatically makes him a pervert? A quirk that makes you enter in a rage mode when you are badly hurt means that the person is going to be an agressor? A quirk doesn't define a person. Saying that "I bullied you because of my quirk" it's such a lame excuse. Not only to mention that Bakugo physically and mentally tortured Izuku through his entire life. Now you may say it was because Izuku was quirkless, then explain why he verbally abused everyone around him. There is no excuse. You can't simply say that more than 10 years of bullying was something you hadn't control. That's bullshit. Every choice we make is under our control. And saying that "he needed to be angry to stay alive" is just saying that he did this for his ego. Even more, if he never hated Deku, why the hell he would have told him to fucking kill himself?!
