Hey there...University of Hawaii competes at UCA. Yes doubles fulls are illegal in tumbling at the college level. The rules for tumbling are the same for NCA and UCA as the NCAA has set tumbling and basket rules for both all college cheerleading. Thank you for your support! We have more of a collegiate style while NC State and Louisville are more show cheer. But we are usually in the top 10 in the country.
