Please dont sell your car at true value. Because True value which is a subsidary company or daughter company of the parent company maruti suzuki India limited doesn't take responsibility for the major mistake done by the true values authorised dealers of not transferring ownership. True value only wants to render a facility of selling your car if you want to buy a new maruti at any maruti showroom. They write cock and bull stories on the delivery receipt that they will be responsible for any accidents. Claims ,challans and compensation. Take my word they will not respond to your emails to the head office in New Delhi. They just want to make money on your old car and on your purchase of the new car. You have to run behind court and courts demand a huge amount between 25 to 45 lakhs as compensation payable to the victim depending on the disability or loss of life.please for heaven sake sell your car youself. Please dont give the 29 form and form 30 with your signature to the buyer. Never never never do that , fill the forms with vehicle details collect the buyers signatures wherever needed on the forms lay your signature after collecting the money in full measure , take him in the same car to the RTo office and submit it at the counter. For this the buyer must be from your area not another area, doesn't matter even if you get a lesser price. Or go to the RTO office in the neighborhood of the buyer and submit the forms . Collect a receipt and give a letter to the police station where you park the car asking them to handover the vehicle when the buyer has his name in the RC book.

Because i purchased a car from this company from ludhiana sherpur chownk true value branch and they as per i was a fresher and it was my first car they gave me a insane price for a dzire 2015 model and that was 5 lakh 10 thousand in 2023 april but giving a discount they agreed in giving the car for 4.75 plus 6000 extra for RC transfer i thought have taken a good car but for god sake that was my worst desicion!! By the time within a month i get to know that the cooling condensor was totally finished and they were claming that the car had a company service but the oil was totally condumdd then within next month the car got a problem of heat up and then i get to know that the head of the engine was already repaired 4 times and now it is destroyed and my total cost of repairing da car was 15000 and cooling condensor 5000 and now there is a battery issue plus the suspention is gone literally they are fraud they just know how to deal a customer and sale a useless car
