Asia stayed on until the very end, her “fall” doesn’t even count as the song had ended anyways so she was done.

jessica semexan exactly, she finished, the song had ended and everyone had clapped, her fall was just how she got off the beam, not even part of her routine.
Just because the song was over doesn’t make her fall unnoticeable as if it wasn’t there. If a song ended whilst you were on the balance beam just as you screwed up your dismount that doesn’t mean it didn’t happen. It just means you tried to stick it out but fell in a more noticeable way.
Flynnely Lynn no. The routine was finished, the song ended and she had finished in a pose and when she “fell” backwards that was her dismount, they even started clapping for her and as she exited the beam she slipped down and the ridiculous part is Abby acting like she fell DURING her routine and she didn’t. That little cute smile and pose thing was just an improv. Asia was the better one in this challenge.
Princess Kee gosh. She had to stand up, and she fell because she lost balance. Getting of the beam is different.
Briana is "so close" but asia who actually held on until the music stopped and continued her performance after her fall is "being cute"

I was gold in gymnastics but here’s the thing remember these girls are new to the beam ( well some ) and who knows you could have slipped your foot and twist it EVEN if it’s a little beam . The beam IS dangerous and like I said REMEMBER some of the girls are new too it.
I am an equestrian so I work with horses and I was set off by that like yes mam falling off a few inches will kill you but falling a few feet is perfectly fine and nothing will happen
I used to do splits on beams all the time, because they are fun, and when she said that I was like, "I'm more scared of a Ariel, then a beam"

As a gymnast myself I agree. You fall on the floor you play it off as if you were meant to do it. You never want to lose the points in gymnastics
"I meant to completely mess up the end of the dance number" is not really a good message in this situation either since there was a specific way the dance was supposed to end. I think that's why Abby specifically called Asia out for trying to "pull one over" on her. Abby even specifically says "I don't know the steps but it's ok" which would be the equivalent of what you are saying she was doing.

Creative Sparks If you fall off a beam you can’t play that off at all, if you fall you fall. As a gymnast, the most you can disguise is a simple step on a landing or recovering a fallout from a turn
I feel like Asia should have won this one ... She stayed the longest in a split position on the beam. Yes she fell backwards at the end but the other girls all fell forwards almost immediately after hitting the split ...

@@luciatrstanova8911 I know but my point is that the other girls ended the routine without even holding the split on the beam they fell forward immediately as they hit the split. They kind of covered it by doing the ending straight up. Whereas Asia stayed a couple of seconds before coming out.

Well if you think that her technique and her tricks are better than everybody else than your BEYOND WRONG. What she’s talking about is the dance training and the practice. And obviously she doesn’t have that, which is not her fault, I mean you can’t control your age. And if your talking about this challenge she did as good as the other girls even with the gymnastics training. She is very good at improv and acting with her facials which is good.
@@realsmollbean she isn't the best obviously, but she was 6-7 when this was filmed and was competing against girls twice her age so in my opinion she was one of the best. Clearly there were kids better than her but since they were a lot older I don't think it's fair

It's because she couldn't even remember to point her toes or turn her foot out correctly on a simple leg hold. They all failed at the end but Amanda did the rest of it better than everyone else

Asia was not trying to “pull one over” on Abby. She was doing what gymnasts do, play it off like she was meant to do it. She had the best balance, and stayed in it the longest. This challenge was about balance and Asia had the best balance so she should’ve won. Just my opinion tho
Except that she wobbled on the first part of the beam which points to bad balance, which is also a part of the challenge since it’s the entire routine Abby was looking at not just the split

Asia wasn’t trying to be cute. She was trying to continue as if nothing happened, which is was you’re supposed to do as a performer. When you’re on stage, and you mess up you don’t want to make a big deal out of it. Asia stayed on the beam the longest she should’ve won.
Yeah, if you watch right after she steps on the beam it looks as if she loses balance and almost falls off.

A'Mariah Lovelace and yet she wobbled right after her first step, as a gymnast myself I stopped wobbling at the first step when I was at most 4 years old so If Asia is a trained gymnast who has been doing it since she was 18 months old she shouldn’t wobble at 6 years old. I started when I was 2 almost 3 and in a little over a year I was completely comfortable on the beam and doing tricks which I wasn’t allowed to do but went ahead with anyway because I was one of the oldest and had classmates who were already learning them and I would sometimes tag along with their group (eventually joining them after a month of me tagging along doing both groups)

Dear Vlogger and het it is expected to stop wobbling after 2 years at a young age and 1 year at an older age. And this was for recreational gymnastics not competitive gymnastics (altho we could sign up for a competition once a year if we wanted to, but those were 6 years and up)

Quigley Quagmire that doesn’t matter. If you don’t stick a landing but the music cuts just before you fully hit the ground that doesn’t make it erased.
But also, she's the smallest so her center of gravity is the lowest and it's so much easier to balance. The older girls ultimately had the cards stacked against them on this challenge.
Asia was best in my opinion. She was longest at the balance beam and she landed in a spilt... Beautiful☺️
