He wins the fight and starts attacking the audience still screaming that. Cut to Brazil with Laura and Sean watching the match with looks of horror on their faces.

For sure, Blanka's nowhere near as bad as people say. I can't speak for everyone, of course, but I think it's more like: Blanka is never anyone's FIRST choice. I would've preferred E. Honda over Blanka, and I would've preferred TONS of characters over Honda. I know there are some people who like Blanka, I was just making an observation I thought was funny about the story mode.
Yeah i know what you mean, people on the internet tend to exaggerate things like this, but they end up saying it so often that it becomes a sort of meme and then some people genuily think its that bad not understanding its suppossed to be a hyperbole. Same happened with Navi from Ocarina of Time, she is not nearly as annoying as people make her out to be and theres tons of things in modern gamming that i find waaaay more annoying than her. I guess you could see it as an in joke of how some people see the character, but to me it seems they only did it cuz it was a silly situation to put Blanka in for his story mode and also so his Blanka Chan costume makes a bit more sence.
During the tutorial: Huh, Blanka's multi-roll looks like Hulk's Gamma Charges. Wonder why they did that? Story mode: That is AWESOME that they used the 16-bit style world map and sound clip homaging the SF2 series!
Max I had an idea for a "moveset" for Sean in STREET FIGHTER V V Skill: Zenten: Zenten can go under projectiles and high attacks, this will allowSean to switch sides and can be held to continue rolling. V Trigger 1: Hado-Burst: Sean can fire 3 Hado-Bursts at the opponent. V Trigger 2: Shoryu-cannon: Sean can now add extra hits to his Dragon Smash by repeatedly tapping the punch buttons. This has a max of 6 hits. Critical Art: Hyper Tornado: Same as SF3: 3rd strike. Special Moves: All special moves unchanged except for Zenten (now V Skill) and the Dragon Smash. The light and medium are the Dragon Smash from 2nd impact and the heavy is the 3rd strike Dragon Smash, the EX Dragon Smash is a mix of both, it will be the 3rd strike Dragon Smash but it will add the ending of the 2nd impact Dragon Smash.

I apparently belong to a small group that Loves Blanka, her was my main for a long time, he is the outsider the odd bold. And he just is likable. A guy that is sort of fusion between Tarzan and the chubaka never evil or beastly apart from his fighting styl, which looks fun has some decent moves and reach. In the very first street fighter 2. I used him against balrog, his low heavy punch worked great.
