I love watching your videos. I'm not a reseller, but I have been thrifting since I was 18 years old. I'm 67 now! My boyfriend's mom when I was 18 bought and sold vintage goods on the weekends and I would go with her. We'd go to garage and estate sales on Saturday and on Sunday we would pack the car and sell at various flea markets. I loved it. She made a ton of money, all cash. Her favorite things to buy were vintage clothes and jewelry, but she also had lots of other stuff. She worked all week at her regular job and then did what she loved on the weekends. I still buy most of my clothes at thrift stores and most of the furniture in my house I bought at consignment stores. I've also bought a lot of original artwork on eBay. I like Buy It Now items instead of the auctions though. I lost my taste for auctions when I won a beautiful painting and the Sellers were new to auctions and they were upset I got the piece for $150 and they wrote me and said they couldn't sell it for that. I gave it back to them after reaming them out for not understanding auctions. I also like Free Shipping. I know shipping is expensive, but if the price is right and I don't have to pay for shipping I'm happier purchasing it.
One of two things is happening, this is a video that's been uploaded already and they are ahead in videos or they haven't changed the month on the board 😐😂
Major helpful from ya on today's video, Lonnie. I also been using the Ebay pic search feature on the app and notice you use it alot in vids where "sold listings" are locked, on mine it was not locked but today through this video I figured out how to lock in sold listings when doing the pic search. SUPER Thanks Lonnie! THUMBS UP from us up here in North East LOUISIANA at The Card Shop Bastrop, Louisiana!
I have bought a string trimmer and 2 years later couldn't get replacement string for it. Done that more than once so the last time I bought a trimmer I bought the extra string up front.
The thing about barcodes on hotwheels is all the regular mainline cars have the same barcode. I can bring one of my carded cars I bought a couple years ago back to Walmart and it will still scan the same as the new cars. The premium sets are the same. If the set has 6 cars all 6 cars will have the same barcode. So scanning them for resale is totally useless. I guess they do that to make it easier for the stores.
Always recommended to "take a break" as if you were working in the office. Many who have a brick and mortar small business or online business forget to take time off to detox. Your Board says March, did you forget to change the month :>)
I have several cookbooks for sale. I have a hard time selling them. When I do they are like $2-$3 and rarely ever have any real value cookbooks. I have hundreds of books still in storage. Once and a while I will sell one for $10 or more. I am happy for you on the cookbooks. I realize I maybe am not using the correct keyworks or something wrong. I want to sometime this year completely revamp my site and start cleaning my categories up and make it more user friendly. It will take me a lot of time to do that is for sure. I have this video playing while I am listing. Congrats also on your Hot Wheels.
Books are a really slow category sadly and flooded so only the really rare, out of print etc are wanted. Cook books are even worse for flooding in market and people use online for recipes most often so cookbooks are an even harder sell sadly. Every now and then you find a banger though, I hope you do too. 😊
There was a R2D2 droid that ran on an app, they stopped the app, luckily the droid still danced and made noises on its own and it sold. I had to mention app no longer was supported.
item does not come with an app though. that's same as selling some vintage piece of electronic that requires batteries that are not manufactured anymore.
@@alexmatsiaka295 If the item is new and sealed, it is expected to work out of the box. If not, then item is not as described per ebay. Happened to me. I had several. End up selling the rest Sold AS-IS for parts only, not working after opening them all up. Since their Hot Wheels Product is new and sealed, they should disclose the app no longer being available..as it is also written on the box that the app expires after a certain date. Just like resellers need to avoid selling recalled/banned items, we need to be aware of these smart toys whose apps expire.
Thanks for the great videos. I noticed on today’s video a person bought an action hero for $8.99 but it ended up costing them $16.99. Have you had any reactions to this. Thanks again
With every big bulk buy there always seems to be a few stragglers hanging around for the long term. But, on a good buy you sell enough that first week to recoup your outlay, so you can flip in on the next opportunity. Unless you’re Candice and forget your wallet! 😉🙃
And not having a wallet doesn’t stop my wife at all. She stops anyway, shops and then calls me to bring my wallet and help her carry hour her finds to the car.
Do you know how to print a scan sheet? I can’t seem to figure it out anywhere online. I was at the post office the other day and they asked me to print a scan sheet next time because I had so many packages. They would rather can one barcode instead of 15 individual packages. Thank you for the help
Product Makers dropping Support does seem to happen often. It was the same wayk years back when Blu Rays and expensive DVD sets sold with enough value to list separately. Some Special Release sets included Digital Codes or Downloads, making them more value to re-sell (especially if they were still factory sealed). I bought a Storage Unit at auction with hundreds of NOS sealed movies, but had to put a disclaimer in all the eBay listings to state that the Digital Codes may be expired or un-redeemable. Otherwise I was just asking for an INAD, since the disc cases said they came with the on-line code inside.
Glad to hear you took time to recharge. It is important to do so when you run your own business.
I always enjoy when the customer sends me a pic of an item they bought in their kitchen, or wearing a dress for a special occasion

I like how Candice is tempting Lonnie to keep that hot wheel like the evil conscience.😈
YOUR BOARD SAYS MARCH. IT’S APRIL! 🤣🤣🤣

Details matter, yet eBay hides most of the Item Descriptions on Mobile. By design. As a "feature".

@karrief5620 Oh ya, I realize that about books. That is why I don't have all mine listed yet.
6:29 The art in that Godland book is so cool. Would recommend for a trippy read.
I'm always happy to be here!😊
Great Dane in a dress 😅 I would like to see that 😊. And those Hot Wheels are very cool 😎
Thought it was odd how you sold clothes for a Great Dane and it made me think of Scooby-doo, then later you happened to show the mystery machine 😄
Glad you guys got rest over the weekend, you absolutely deserve it 👏
Thanks for your time and video. I d lovr to see thrcgreat dane in the tutu!
Getaway Gang, yeah! I just asked yesterday if you still did the camper channel.
I just reduced my Backgammon briefcase to $22.85 Canadian because it wasn't getting any traction. Keep the videos coming, lol. Great job !

Notice poster sales have been dead, are you finding those harder to move then anticipated?
Y'all get some good stock from Guy. That great. Enjoy your videos 😊
So happy you got to rest ❤
I'm 8th 😂I was so happy to see ya'lls video, left another one to watch ya'lls. 😊
I was wondering if you got the email about calculated shipping? Are you opting in or out? Sorry if you have already covered this.
This is exciting have a blessed week
i don't understand why they don't just make a standalone program to replace the app. ?
Wow what would all those hot wheels cost on Amazon and?
If you sell 3 sewing feet is that a sewing yard?
Disclose the app is defunct otherwise you are open for item not described returns.

When are the "Hi Im Candice" shirts and merch coming 😂❤
hey isn't yall's Ac in the shed a Midea? I know is the U shaped.
I think Xbox did that to a Lego game where after a couple years they stopped supporting it. I could be confusing it somewhere down the line.

Where’s the image search
whats the return money on some of the items seems like its not the whole price ?
When people by multiple items they combined shipping & give the difference in the refund.
What image search are you using.

I print scan sheets on Pirate Ship.
@@bd2864 I will try that. I’m gonna order my labels from there today

If not support an app at least let the community access to it and let them keep it up.

Welcome to capitalism. Who can scam others without getting in trouble for it?
Hey! I think I’m first 😂

I love those exclusive large Hot Wheels. Great for any Hot Wheels collector.
Those are the coolest Hot Wheels I've ever seen, didn't even know they existed. Shipped them out today!

I agree Apple is guilty of it, definitely. I use a lot of Apple gear.
I’d put a disclaimer in stating it needs an app and the app may not be available. I’d say “May not” rather then “Is Not”.
