Curiously, I typed : " How to avoid future war conflicts". I guess no one even plans for it.
So it would seem that our poor troops are being put in a very difficult situation that subjects them to greater risk when being stuck with balancing the use of lethal force in a culture where human rights are seriously lacking under sharia law.
