      @@hecate9257 a digestive cookie is the same as a Graham cracker or anything close to that that you're able to dunk and can easily fall apart or break

    라즈베리 향이 상큼하게 느껴지는 노오븐 치즈케이크를 만들었어요~
    산딸기 철에 사서 얼려두었던 것으로 퓌레를 만들어 씨를 제거하여 만들었더니 깔끔하더라구요~^^
    조금 다른 모양으로 만들어 보고 싶어서 가운데 무스띠를 이용해 공간을 만들어 굳혀봤는데 자르니 정말 색다른 모양이라 예쁜 것 같아요~~
    얼린 산딸기로 간단하게 장식했는데 처음에 얼어있는 느낌이 예뻤는데 시간이 지나니 녹아서 선명한 색이 나왔어요~
    케이크를 굳히기 전 반죽을 저어 모양을 만들때 생각보다 과감히 저어야 무늬가 많이 나올 것 같아요~
    산딸기 향긋하고 깔끔한 맛이라서 치즈케이크와 잘 어울리고 색소 없이도 예쁜색을 낼 수 있어 좋답니다~~

    Is there a reason why the cream is whipped up 50%?
    I always thought whipping it more would make the mixture more airy.
    PS. The steamed towel is such a good trick!

      Kind of a late reply, but pre-whipping the the cream us to make the cheesecake structure more stable. Pouring in in then, then taking the time to mix sould make the cream cheese too soft

    I don’t get why there is a hole in the cheesecake, but not in the bottom of it. (And in the end it magically disappeared) still very cute and lovely

      RUclipsfreak if you watch closely, you can see that when they put the plastic mold in the middle, they pushed it through the crust ! So when they took the cheesecake out of the mold, the center crust stayed behind :) hope this helped !

      It doesn't reach the soft peak stage (still very smooth and liquid), whip it by using a whisk or hand mixer. You can see it from the texture on the video.
