i think going out to a library/cafe definitely helps studying at home is the worst because you do everything there (eat, sleep, etc) so your mind can’t get in the zone right away if you condition yourself to study at a library or starbucks it’s much easier to get in the zone once you go out (& make it a schedule to go!)
