I'm either too caffeinated to hold tweezers steady or not caffeinated enough think clearly enough to do this. Solder paste (and hopefully a stencil) and a toaster oven dyi/reflow convert, or a cheap "griddle" hotplate are more my speed these days. I can manage to flip a switch, though I'm the king of melting connectors. I've also got a modified aquarium pump that holds onto components like a manual pick and place but that obviously doesn't fix the steady hands issue. Great video! Thanks for posting.
