- A 32-year-old student was arrested under the helipad of the Erasmus Medical Center in Rotterdam after a teacher was shot dead in a classroom. A woman was also killed and her daughter seriously wounded at a nearby house.

Denmark has one of the strictest - possibly the strictest - gun ownership laws in Europe. The only type of weapon that civilians may own without a licence are air rifles of a calibre of 4.5 mm or less. All other firearms, including gas pistols, alarm weapons and deactivated weapons, require a licence.

I read some posts this morning about a dude getting his medical degree taken away after completing it, the school staff bullying him, and the medical staff treating him indifferently from the start of his program. It was alleged that he was the shooter because this happened after. One of those things where institutions and social bullying.

Nupp, guys been charged with animal cruelty and has a history of being violent according to multiple news sources.
These are probably his own 4chan posts you're mentioning, where he's not being truthful about the entire situation.
Full context:
-He'd been charged for animal cruelty on multiple occasions in the years prior to this.
-He showed psychotic behaviour; lying half naked on a pile of leaves and laughing loudly and screaming.
-His house has been found filled with animal excrement.
-Public Prosecution Service told the hospital / school where he was studying that he might be a danger, and so to think twice about giving someone like him access to vulnerable people as a doctor.
-The school as a response to this had a condition that the perpetrator must complete a psychological evaluation before he was allowed to gain his medical degree. Which seems reasonable to me, as he was showing obvious psychotic or even psychopthic signs.
So he never got his medical degree taken away, he never had it in the first place and probably would have never gotten through the evaluation either considering his deranged behaviour.
It's interesting how the facts and what that edgelord put on 4chan are so different. It will probably take a while before all the facts are revealed though.

Also take into account that cases like these happens once every.. 10 years. While in the US it's a daily occurrence. So it's clear that it does work. But we have open borders with other nations. It's going to get smuggled in. Here, if the police suspects you have an illegal firearm they will bust your door open. In the US.. everyone and their grandmother has a gun. Yet the numbers don't lie. Europe has FAR less crime, especially gun crimes. And having strict gun laws does play a factor in that.
