Ricoma which are terrible machines, terrible service, Ricoma redlines against certain classes of people and there dealer network is non existent in case your 20k machine breaks down. Try Brother big local dealer network, ZSK, Happy, Sewing Machine Pus, anything but Ricoma.

If Iam not mistaken pretty sure Ricoma went out of business. Qlso knew they did alot of outside contracts for customer service and maintanceWe have a 4 head Ricoma, 12 head Tijima 8 head Tijima, 4 head Bareudan, and a 1 head tijima. Love your feedback would absolutely 100% agree with you. We have a 13 year old 12 head tijima that runs better then our 4 head Ricoma. Mind you I did play woth the Ricoma for a full day and it is running so much better but still doesnt compare. Planes, Trains, and Embroidery machines

@@treynolds94 Ok I appreciate the response, Im in NY and had a bit of a run in with Ricoma in Florida and have spoken with a few other folks that have had awful redlining experiences so when I say your favorable comments I wanted to have the discussion. You really seem to like the Tijima there so expensive.

@@amyscorp5871 yes they are very expensive but pay themselves off very fast. Very little issues. The issues we do have are most the time human error. Hitting hoop with needle. A cutting blade break which is easy to replace yourself. Other then that just the usual catipillar, or thread break which is caused by many different things. Mostly Needle position, bobbin and thread tension.
