They may have already determined it was him. I am not sure why they are not letting the father watch the video either way, however.
@@culcune A parent knows their own child. If this was a hoax the person who did it would be arrested for hampering an investigation. I think it has to be real. What I can't understand is not letting Seth see the video, easy to blur out faces and number plates. I would have thought police would bring him in to look at it to identify him. That's unusual.
@@culcune I’d think they’d HAVE to have identified him: otherwise, they’d need a parent to confirm. If it were my child, watching his walk, his movements, his mannerisms could help me make a 100-percent confirmation.
I think they have to know. If this is real and I think it is, this is huge, he would need to be formally identified immediately before they have left the area. That video is a very important piece of information, I find it very strange that they did not let him see it.

Probably because it’s video footage of the surrounding scenery and they do not have video footage of a Sebastian look-a-like because the photo was probably photoshopped. Seth did, so badly, want the FBI in the case. Maybe Seth did it.

Seth, please file a MISSING Persons report on Sebastian, the state must report missing minor reports to the FBI. Also Seth, please hire a PI thats a retired Homicide Detective or retired Law Enforcement, thats the kind of PI you need to get real answers
He’s already done that. There’s an endangered child alert on Sebastian. He’s been gone for over 2 months. This is being handled by local LE, TBI, and the FBI is assisting.

That picture is photoshopped and I am really surprised nobody noticed that. I am in a group where people pull off impressive manipulations of photos and one of the common requests is a shoe change. Shoe changes never look natural...look closely. The lighting/colors look unnatural. In fact, his shoes don't even line up properly with the rocks he's supposedly standing on and his shirt looks as if that photo was taken as he was laying down. Look at how it's crimped up at the bottom of his shirt. The upper arms of his t-shirt are pushed back as if he's laying down as well. Now, why would anyone circulate a photo to covey a sighting of him? That's easy. Guilty parties want to throw the spotlight off of them so they create confusion. It's a common tactic.

The woman is said to be related to the mother. I really feel this is a cruel joke. The photo is old. It has been photoshopped. The hair darkened and chin line changed. Seth knows who it is.

The person did call 911 and contacted TBI and got no response. Then they posted the picture on facebook to get a response.💚💙
The woman claimed she was in a rush to meet with family- if I remember correctly. I would have called 911 after taking the photo and stayed. The woman could still meet with her family, if this was Sebastian this could have been a once in a lifetime chance to recover him safely.

How does FBI not get involved. We have a similar case here in NE and every agency and t.v. missing persons has been involved early on.
If I had seen that kid I would have been asking him is your name Sebastian? I would have called the police and stayed with the kid. I would have written down license plate numbers. This is all so confusing. Why would you just take a photo and then not notify anyone?

I'm pretty sure Seth is on the spectrum as well l, which is whyhe can come across odd at times. My 22 year old is on the spectrum ahd his father was also recently diagnosed.

My theory is that the mom & step dad changed his appearance & dropped him off hoping something would happen to him but they wouldn't be "responsible" for said situation. Total speculation but their behavior is sus from the beginning. So glad his father isn't giving up. I hope his persistence pays off with a happy ending for him & Sebastian.

I think it's Sebastian, they need to find the woman. She many not be involved but she might be a witness, it's really important that they find her. The police should be putting out an appeal. What I find strange is why the police would not let Seth see the video, they could blank out number plates and faces. Also, who bought him the shoes? He left barefoot and those are similar to the trainers he had. Looks to me like whoever he is with is known to him. No way did he manage to run away and get that far.

If this could be Sebastian, getting the footage formally identified so the police can act as quickly as possible before they have moved on is really important. If this is him, this is a huge breakthrough, all seems very weird to me.

That tips off whoever has him and if they think they are about to be caught they could harm him. He would be better not saying anything at all. He doesn't come across well. The hair looks much darker (cooler) in tone, than actual pics of him where his hair looks more brown, lighter in color and warmer in tone. Yet, I have seen a couple of multiple pics grouped together where one of the pics in the collection does show his hair looking darker in color.

I suspect that the blond haired pictures were taken after Sebastian had spent a summer with his dad, outdoors a lot, going fishing, etc. Hair and eyebrows were probably sun bleached.
The NC photo was taken after the winter. The child in that photo had probably not been outside much during the winter. Even if he had been outside a little during the winter, the sun would not have been strong enough to bleach his hair and eyebrows.
