  • My trip to Bremer Bay involved exploring the many beautiful beaches as well as a unique wildlife experience out to Bremer Canyon.
A renowned hot spot for Killer Whales, we spent several hours following two families of killer whales diving up to 800m to feed on fish and squid before resurfacing for air and a much needed break.
Just north of Bremer Bay is Fitzgerald River National Park. It is one of the lesser known parks in South West WA but one of my favourites. The coastal walks are spectacular with unique angled rock formations embedded into the beaches. Barrens Beach was my favourite with stunning rock formations and reefs just off shore.
The highlight was climbing East Mount Barren in complete darkness for an epic sunrise at the summit. A spectacular rocky outcrop with views of Four Mile Beach, Culham Inlet and Hopetoun in the distance.
Last stop was Quagi Beach and a quick dip in the natural infinity rock pool. A great way to finish this part of the trip.
Once again, I hope you enjoy the video!
