I looked at her IMDB page prior to the out rage. She had TONS of movies upcoming, including a Paddington Bear: Padding Goes to Peru. When the backlash started, she is down to two upcoming, a netflix movie, which I heard was not good, and Snow White. She literally ended her career and thinks it is not her fault.
How'd they expect anyone to respect the final product when the lead actress herself, cannot even bring herself to aknowledge the significance of the story let alone respect the product or anyone connected to it. There could've been the slimmest of potentials that they could've pulled it off but took every step against sucess.
I hope this does end her career. We need to vote with our wallets against all nonsense "diversity" BS. It is not needed. If you want a diverse character then write a role that fits them. It is extremely simple. Stop messing with the past as if it was problematic. It is only problematic in the eyes of the professional victim extreme left.
