  • She said 90% of her clients are black men, that may be a exaggeration but even if it 1% that's too many for this woman. It's the attitudes of a lot of black women that gets us messed up in life. This woman, like many women like this are validated in this world, that's why she thinks it's okay. Tell us your thoughts on this one.

      @deli$seo -
      There is no proof of what she said. This is the internet, and anyone can say anything. She is the typical woman who attempted to use her job title and claimed client base to validate a point, and like many employees have come to learn, everyone has the right to free speech here in the U.S., but that does not mean your employer must tolerate your behavior as a representative of their company/business.
      Now she has all the time in the world to post inspiring uploads.

    3 things that I have a problem with.. 1) I notices her change of clothes between her videos…. 2) Her use of the words “black woman”…. 3) her tone and using curse words now that she was terminated…… Side note: more and more corporations are cutting down on their employees posting their unprofessional opinions on social media. Employers are disguising their codes of conduct as annual “need to know”. When employees sign the training electronically, employees are unknowingly agreeing to company’s new rules/code of conduct. Which is making it easier for corporate to terminate them.

    I can tell you this. It is refreshing seeing other Black Women holding someone in that space accountable. My wife and I agree that we should be holding each other accountable. Men holding Men accountable and Women holding Women accountable and we come together to figure out what we really need for our community. When you want someone to speak like you and say the things that you say, you often feel like that person does not have the "vocabulary" to express yourself. I have NEVER had an issue with talking to a myriad of people and understanding them. That is an issue that woman has. They are saying what they need to say.....she is just not listening.

She's the daughter of some of the women I've recently profiled on my channel who are grannies looking for young men to bust them down and commit. Attractive younger dudes with foreign travel money. This is their retirement plan, and they delusionally think a man will commit to granny sex monogamously when he has all other options out there. That's her future as well. She's doomed.

    New sub.... Refreshing to see things from a woman perspective that's non bias.... I specifically like how you broke down the message she was sending based on her choice of clothing... I never would have known that had you not pointed that out... I believe more content like this really helps us as men understand our women more and the message some try to send.... Much respect ladies...

    Thank you ladies, it is very important to shed light on unladylike behavior. Too many non adults refuse to focus on their personal growth and development. Been there!
    I was raised by a narcissistic woman and was subjected to and watched her depravity daily. I swore my life would be different, yet found after leaving home (age17) that I was truly conditioned to behave similarly. Dating was rough, expecting more from men than I was willing to contribute etc. Engaged 3 times, gave birth to two children out of wedlock (14yrs apart lol), single parenting for 2+ decades, then at age 40 - I finally got married to my highschool sweetie, the one I believe God approved. Over the course of our 14yr still going strong marriage, he helped me accept so much and I learned how to be a wife and became a more emotionally available mother. Though it took a while and thanks to the blood of Jesus, I no longer behave like a wretch. 🙏🏽

    Thank you for shedding a lite on this matter from a professional female perspective. I feel that all of us need to be accountable to ourselves, especially if you’re a so called professional. It’s time to eliminate excuses of blaming others as a viable reason as to why you choose to act as you do initially and as a response to…. The Bible says that we are responsible for the choices that we make in life. No one is perfect but even imperfections are no option of escaping willful choices.

    In my freshman year in college, I had a lot of female friends really for the first time in my life. And I remember as a dude how exhausting it was. I realized something then that that's therapist video reminded me of: women don't have a system to address conflicts of emotions/feelings, something men do have and thus take for granted. A lot of times when my female friends would have a conflict of feeling on something and expressed it, since they had no way of resolving it, it would escalate quickly. It rarely escalated into violence, but it would almost always escalate into passive aggression and mean spirited attacks on the other person's insecurities. To be fair, about a week or two later, once both of their feelings about the issue had faded away, they would reconcile usually because of other friends getting them to come back together. In other words, they could recover once they realized they really didn't care about the issue that they were fighting over, it was just at the time, they did.
    Logic is the system that's lacking, since men often use logic when there's a conflict of feeling, emotions, opinion etc to resolve it. That helps prevent quarrels from escalating, because men are a lot less likely to attack each other on our insecurities than just resolve to straight up violence when disrespect is aimed at us, especially from friends. So since women don't have that and don't see the value in it, it becomes really hard to address conflicts when they come about. This leaves men in a dilemma: they could avoid the conflict altogether and let the woman win, but in the long run that leads to the man being a walkover and emasculation; he could on the other hand use logic to resolve the conflict, but he'll have to deal with the fact that in the beginning, the woman, unless she has experience with strong dudes in the past, is going to feel like you're being condescending and dismissing her feelings, and you're going to have to be patient for her to get used to it.

    I was a college educated, certified teacher but I did not work. I stayed home and raised 3 children. People couldn't understand why I didn't work. I couldn't understand why I would let someone else raise my children, while I went to work to teach other people's children?
