Both are available as paperbacks which you can get shipped from online sellers like Amazon or Barnes and Nobles during the quarantine. Unfortunately there are no official English language ebooks.
There is a fan translation of both the Lateral Biography Turks novel and On the Way to a Smile novel (the latter of which also has a fan-produced audiobook) on TheLifestream.net.
