Just always remember that every girl goes through it so if you need a pad or tampon or extra pair of pants just ask a friend that you know may have started her period cause most of the time ur friends will have some products! Also if you hesitate about weather you may start your period soon or not but you don’t wanna bring a product bag to school, I’d recommend being change (most bathrooms have pads, tampons 25€) also if u start your period and you don’t wanna ask anyone for products, MOST of the time you will start really light so you can just get toilet paper and you should be ok but after that always bring pads. And even like a week before u start always keep some in hand in case and you never know if a friend my need anything :)

Well this thing that sucks is like in every stall in the bathroom they don't have a trash can to throw your stuff away so you have to like go out into the hall because our stinks are inside of the hall and so you have to like go in front of everyone and throw your pads away like know and then there's also the vending machine for if you forget a pad outside in the hall so if you got it then you have to go out there with quarters and everyone will know 😅🤬 it sucks
Personally I would not recommend bringing painkillers inside school because you could get in huge trouble for having medicine in your bag. But most schools allow you to bring medicine to the office as long as you have parent's permission and the office staff will give you your medicine.

Hmm I always carry extra pads, one day my classmate was really in need but none seemed to have a pad and she got her periods all of a sudden. I offered her mine and she was very grateful. However after that day, all the girls of my class just came to me to get a pad even though they had theirs, I was offended by this behavior done by them so from then on I never offered them cause they just take you for granted sometimes 😅

So you all dont get the feeling of period starting beforehand I have a really irregualr periods like since it started it was never on same date but i have some perks like breast start to ache 2 week before abdomen pain almost 4 to 5 days before and when it actually start i get to know idk how but i am so good at determining it so i always carry just a pad but rest all is fine for me Btw i have a biggest perk of all my flow on 1st day is lightest and basically 3rd day is heaviest flow Ik nobody asked just wanted to tell 😅😅

No need to carry this much stuff if you want a small period kit you can carry: 2 pads, 1 extra underwear, sanintizer and that's it. Rest of the things if you want you can normally carry them in your bag.

If you have a HEAVY flow like me but are actively in sports and stuff like that I will stand by this trick I learned it’s not that much but if you feel comfortable, wearing a tampon it’s a tampon paired with period underwear is the best combination for that when your moving and doing tricks and stuff it stays put and keeps the bl00d in!!!!!!❤❤❤❤

Don't use wipes instead use small towel or use a seperate medium handkerchief for period wipes are scented and made of alcohol.❤

In the back to school shop at Athleta Girl (starts late july) they have period kits if you ever need one (i am getting one this year!)

use compact tampons they are smaller than regular tampons and way smaller then pads
