Totally get the whole issue surrounding confidence lost when our husbands have died from ALS. I’m still struggling to believe in myself and find my worth and whilst I have continued to try to fill my daughters’ cups there has been little time and space to fill mine. Now they are more self sufficient and I have only one left to get through uni..I’m actually not terribly sure where to start on me. But like you said , little steps. Love to see you in the U.K. you have to go to Cornwall!!!ps. Sorry for lack of sunshine it’s been absolutely the worst summer I’ve ever witnessed. Big love to you Hope ❤️❤️
