SF GAm home park goer here. I love eagle. been part of my life for like 20 years when i went as a kid. They need to either refurbish so it can race or RMC it. This coaster is iconic, but has aged. SF GAm needs a really big standout coaster, and if they RMC'd eagle into a mobius loop like twisted colossus they could build an amazing standout. they could theme it so well on like eagle reborn or something OR jsut get it to race again! the racing is so fun!!!!!!

I am pretty sure that if they made it a Mobius it would be the longest wooden roller coaster in the world. I think they've looked into it and there are some reasons why it just cannot be done practically unfortunately. Let's pray they find a way to keep this thing going for a while longer. I have a feeling it's days are numbered

cant get rmc treament the land the turn around sits on isnt allowed to be rebuilt or remodelled

This roller coast had the longest standing drop record of any coaster since Thunderbolt at Kennywood or before Kingda Ka. I was the last time wood beat metal and it kept the record from its opening in 1981 until 1988. Intamin had this record and now has it again in Kingda Ka. Unfortunately I only rode th blue side in June 2022 because the red side was closed. Thanks for posting!
