Three persons were robbed by fake police during a home invasion in Carlsen Field on Thursday 13th June, 2024.
• Around 8:00pm on Wednesday, a 65-year-old man and a 63-year-old woman secured their farm house (Rasta Farm) next to their home along Connector Road, Carlsen Field and retired to bed.
• However, around 3:00am the following morning, they were awoken by the sound of someone knocking on their bedroom shouting “Police Police”.
• The victims became afraid and opened the said door and was accosted by three men, one of which was armed with a firearm.
• The suspects announced a robbery and began beating both victims about their head and face, before tying their hands.
• The then relieved them of a Samsung 55-inch Smart Television, a Pressure Washer, a Craftsman Pellet Rifle valued $4,500.00 TT, a Samsung A30 cell phone, a Samsung A23 cell phone, $6,000.00 cash TTD and a blue Toyota Corolla registered PBN-399.
• The assailants then went to the farm next door where they met a third victim, a 40-year-old man victim #3 and announced a robbery.
• They proceeded to tie his hands before robbing him of his silver Nissan Y11 registered PCM-835 and an undisclosed number of ducks and pigs before fleeing the scene in both vehicles.
• The victims subsequently made a report to the police and PC Dickson and PC Ali responded and went in search of the suspects who are still at large.
• The two stolen vehicles were recovered abandoned along Marshall Road, Carlsen Field.

The police is responsible in every regard. They're giving these criminals these outfits. They're targeting the elderly who might be more trusting of police which is a naive idea.
Never let the police into your home without a verified warrant. Call the police to verify whether or not they've come for you and why.
