Your beef g masala curry looks v appetizing.but one thing I want to know since it's beef it's tough .you don't use pressure cooker to soften it pl let me know.
Items for grinding could have been given some separation in the description box. A shot of items going into the mixie jar would also be assuring. Some onscreen subtitles also should have given more clarity to the language. Anyway, good recipe!

You can use undercut or bendi and yes you can use pressure cooker.

Can you tell me what cutnof beef you have used. Don't you have to fry the masala. Why not pressure cook since beef takes a long time to cook.
I used bendi you can use undercut also, you can use pressure cooker it will save your time.
