Coal India should give same rate at what their cost of production comes .why they give sublet to private contract at less rates Why .ask coal India
Indian mining culture seems to have revolutionized as most of Indian coal mining has converted from underground to surface mining.Therby less physical effort is required by Inspection agencies and the operational mining engineers at site.No walking is is involved.All can reach the macine sites on jeeps.
Excellent video which shows obesity and poor physical fitness of Coal India Officers. Most of them have big tummy. Coal India is to be blamed as these officers work 24 hours a day and 365 days a year. These officers are asset to CIL in particular and our Nation in general. Their physical health is most important for CIL and our country. Just my 2 cents on amazing video.

The physical fitness of the officer is appalling. They work round the clock without any rest. CIL should run special classes to optimize health of its senior officers .

CIL management must ensure proper health checkups of it's senior officers who seldom get any leave and work round the clock.
