The shift that happens when you don't have to be scared of making it work, aka attachment to the outcome- completely understand this struggle. It's refreshing to know others in the community have faced the same growing pains. A practical and deep conversation! Brooke's most powerful question from CapCon 5, "Of all the thoughts you can choose to have in the Universe, why Choose THAT one? "

Jason's story is incredibly inspiring, showing the power of perseverance. For entrepreneurs in the e-commerce space, remember that diversifying your sales channels beyond Amazon can mitigate risk and increase brand visibility. Building an email list early on is a goldmine for direct, personalized marketing and customer retention.

34:08 is such a crazy thing to hear you say. You were a guest on Peter Voogd's GameChangers academy YEARS ago. This one sentence is why I purchased your book, subscribed to your YT, and began following you on social media. Years later as I prepare to launch from $0, this 'formula' remains top of mind.
Listen to Jason, he's on to something! :)

This is the most underrated and under appreciated show, and I’m so so happy I found it!! Every episode fuels a fire in me and you do it with humour and in a down to earth manner.
Any tips to a newbie who has a supplement product, ( not yet in production but hopefully by next month). I’m reading your book about building an audience but I’m afraid someone with more resources and an established base will beat me to the punch if i start marketing it before it is ready and out compete me. The product is a supplement for a certain group of people - and it will be the first of its kind as far as I can tell…. So I’m afraid if I start marketing from now someone who already has an established supplement company can pivot and make it before me ….

It sounds like the founder had a regular job because in the beginning he said he got laid off, 1 year into the business. So it sounds like it was a side hustle and he probably took money from job earnings in the early days. Sounds like he had some traction that kept it going even after he lost his regular job

Maybe I missed it. So I understand that he used his last $2900 to buy the course. Cool.
But how much money did he initially invest in his business? How much was spent on marketing and initial inventory? What was the ROI? What was the net profit?
