It’s because of she’s an old school entertainer. Back in the day, they worked their ASSES OFF. A whole different work ethic. She was trained by Michael Jackson, Prince, ALL the icons of the day. That’s why she’s older and still hitting with a new generation.

They were all born the same year, all were hungry for and gave their all to their art. Two were musical prodigies (Michael and Prince), and Madonna was very driven and such a trailblazer who made the right moves to garner the right songwriters and producers.

Well Madonna and Prince were something like friends. In 1989 Prince & Madonna worked together on Like a Prayer(she may received some training by the Purple One???)
Also even Madonna and Michael had something like a friendship but fell out-ish. First time MJ & Madonna met face2face was in 1984 they even went to the Oscars together 1991. They all have a big connection.

Madonna attended a performing arts college and when she moved with a boyfriend to NYC in the 70s, she got in with the right crowd, worked at it, met the right people, and became the icon she remains.
Prince wasn’t fond of Madonna. Lenny Kravitz and Ingrid Chavez had written an AMAZING song for the latter (Chavez), as she was a new artist signed to and being produced by Prince. Somehow, Madonna got the song (IMO Madonna stole the song) and it happens to be my favorite Madonna song, tied with “Bad Girl.” The song is “Justify My Love.” After that, Prince had beef with Madonna. You can find the video here on RUclips showing Prince at some countdown music show on VH1 and a Madonna music video/song (“Take a Bow”) is playing and Prince rolls his eyes and asks “Is this going to be much longer?” 🤣🤣🤣
