@@kasulebriankalule2129 it's the easy way to think ...like it or not all the rebels in the north were about m7 and m7 wanted to weaken them .. because northern people were so ruthless and not scared of war ...once in the past were Uganda's problem ..so after m7 using baganda people to fight with heads(higher ranks) of westerners ...he beats the northern armies or government ..he creates his own government and still had to destroy northern people to nothing ...and also use that war to kill generals he never trusted ...that's how he did it ...

Unless you’re saying they were sure Museveni would defeat the Obote regime! Secondly, the LRA was created and financed by Sudan (a confession from Gen. Bashir) for fear of the southern Christians supporting the SPLM cause in Sudan.
