They also have been doing this for over 10 years with vocal coaches teaching them control. This is why the are the best KPop group!! Sorry/not sorry I'm bias. 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

That's why getting a ticket to anything BTS is like hunger games. Their concerts are something else. This is probably the beginning of the concert. But it's all mostly high octane with pauses for ballad singing here and there. They do have a couple of segments when they speak to the audience and a couple of the world's quickest costume changes, but yeah, this is what it's like. I'm in my 60s and have been to a hella lot of concerts, but they are something else. When you're there, you can feel the stadium pulsate. The staff are usually waiting with oxygen masks at the backstage so yes, they do get tired😆. But they usually perform by giving it their all throughout the concert and are very hard on themselves if they make mistakes (this is of course, because they are very passionate about their work). They don't want to short-change people and always give back 100% of the money's worth. Their sincerity and love for performing is something I really admire about BTS.
This performance was in the middle of the concert I believe. They perform several solo performances as well as some slow songs in between the hard-hitting and incredibly choreographed performances so they get little breaks too.

Been to several shows bts pre world popular era and the 2019 2 shows in Seoul. Literally watching them live 2016 and last was 2019 and damn that’s how they perform in terms of energy from start to finish. If you want to see BURN THE STAGE here on YT it’s their old concert documentary and behind the scene what it likes at the back how they are literally needing oxygen. But that’s how they perform never changed. At all. Same level same phase and it’s amazing to watch.

The thing is this is in the middle of the concert, it's not the end, not the beginning. So they already used some of their energy before this, but they can't even take a rest after THIS. 💀But don't get it wrong, they ARE tired (yep they're not aliens 😂) They can get so exhausted sometimes that their bodies shut off. I mean staff are waiting for them backstage with oxygen most of the time... And think about how this is about 10 minutes in a 2 hours show. AND during global tours, that means they do it all over again the day after too... But these guys work so much for their craft, they give it all. Body and heart, and that's the first reason why they're so big ! :)

In some instances, they get oxygen the moment they get off stage. Their concerts are are absolutely AMAZING. I understand that they practice singing while running on a treadmill. When you see backstage footage, they sometimes come off stage totally drenched in sweat and then they get their makeup retouched, change outfits and get their hair blow dried and restyled and then go back on stage.

It was winter. 29 Oct in Seoul. The medley section is in the middle of the show, and it's intense! At the last part of the show they'll change outfits into their tour merch (hoodie, t shirts and jeans). And they'd still jumping around, but there'd be a talking section, they sit down and talk A LOT! SO not only the performances are great, the communication are great
Also I suggest X-Japan, Im sure you've heard of them if you're into old animes. One of their song called Endless Rain is realy good. A legendary Japanese band

And in between.. they talk after the 1st segment, 3rd segment and say their final goodbyes before the ARMY song.
They take time to leave the stage.. going to every corner and waving individually.. they never just leave. This takes a lot of time too. A huge reason why we love them even more.

Normally, at the beginning of the concert, the first song, The second and third are very powerful songs, then they go to the part of only the vocalists then only the rappers then they present a mix of several of their songs 4 or 5 then the group ballads and lastly a song for the fans like this there were several of the bts concerts there are others in which instead of separating into the vocalists and the rappers sang a song each his solo song.

omggg i can't wait to see you watching more live performances!!! I watched their concerts in cinema and I was just jumping and singing the WHOLE time, you can't stay still it's impossible in the other day my voice was gone... Their Permission To Dance On Stage in LA it's on Disney+ and it's so good to watch it with high volume
BTS is hard work, love, tears, happiness, hope, pride, fun and many more things!!! Every day I feel thankful for hearing their song for the 1st time back in 2015, it's impossible not love BTS. Thanks for giving so much support to them, I really appreciate it

Keep in mind they have never used an opening act. They just go at this or to both intense but also bouts of comedy that’ll have you rolling laughing or ballads that will make you cry. It’s a damn non stop rollercoaster and I’ve never seen better.

They achieved the longevity of their energy vocals stability while jumping running around the stage through their hardwork of practice and they perfect their crafts as an idols throughout training before they debuted on the public stages so when they performed every concert for 3-4 hrs they still have the insane energy through every minutes of the show

LOL Love your reactions. This was typically middle-ish of the concert (not very beginning and not ending set either). And yes, they do this for the majority of the concert. They do have moments when the speak - they each take a turn to say something to the audience... and except for last year, they typically also have solo and unit songs so the other members can rest and change and recharge before the next group songs. Last year in Vegas and LA they all did all the songs and didn't have any solo performances.... They are athletes, I don't care what nobody says 😅

They always give it their all to make sure the concert is worth it for every “concert goers” not all are armys😅 i’ve been to 9 concerts of BTS and in VIP sections or eve the most fartherst seats can be like the best seat to just experience a BTS CONCERT w/ ARMYS. I tell you it is an epic experience. I wish to see them again exp when they are all back together. They sing and dance for 2 and 1/2 hours every concert. They have such an intensive training and physical therapy to do such a feat for a concert. BTS enjoys it so much to be on stage. 🥹💜💜💜💜💜

So that was like 11 minutes out of 2+ hour concert. They DO get exhausted. There are some behind the scenes videos or documentaries showing them passed out, legs giving out, getting oxygen, barely able to walk or breathe backstage, having ice put on them, etc. etc. However, they don't show that to the fans while On Stage. They are true performers and Artists - the absolute best!

They get immediate attention from the staff backstage. They have oxygen directly applied like a giant inhaler, they have to cool them off, dry them off, get them changed for the next part of their concert.
They practice singing while running on treadmills to stabilize their voice
Once the vocal line perform a slow emotional song called "The truth untold" and Jin's voice cracked. He just continued like a professional but JK was struggling not to laugh so he pretended to cry

It wasn't an actual mashup in the traditional sense but it was a medley and therefore each of the songs was shortened from its original length.
The crazy thing is their concerts usually run two and a half to 3 hours. Yes they build in brakes or swap off rap line and vocal lines or each can have some rest they do costume changes they mix in slower songs but still. 2 and 1/2 or 3 hours is a long time to go and a lot of it is hard like these were.
