Samsung 's concept of value for money is to use 2 year old processors in a plastic frame with a display that sports a big chin and average specs and pretend they are doing customers a favour by putting their brand name on it. Never mind if the competition is ahead on every count, they expect customers to be grateful for whatever little they do in the budget space !
Fact is Samsung earlier used to score over others at the lower end by providing the best software and cameras in an otherwise average package. Now others from Nothing to Vivo & Iqoo have caught up in these areas. But Samsung still manages to sell based on its brand name and offline reach and ,of course, the helpful efforts of You Tubers all of whom , barring a few , sound suspiciously similar in praise of their products !

The previous M51 was so good. Why didn't Samsung try to beat that? 7000mah battery with Sd720 was OP.

Just for context : Mostly all of the phone has the basics right.
This is a little bit better in software and display. But still overpriced by about 10k. Good thing is you can buy a year later at the correct price after the price drop and still have 3 updates to go

No Headphone Jack + 2MP Macro + No Charger in Box
Samsung was the Brand which gave 5MP Macro at least and now they're going downhill

Those two aspects is in my top list , rest I need phone for normal usage , no gaming.

Ershad I'm using blon bl 03 now planning to buy a dac under 5000 can you suggest me one which has balanced output and will I be able to feel the difference using dac with balanced output and blon with balanced cable . One word for this phone - a backdated rubbish with no charger😂, instead it moto edge 50 pro is far more premium features loaded with 3x lete tens and if you really want to save mone go for oneplus nord CE4, far better than this.😄

Really sad to know that RUclipsrs give excuses for companies using cheap materials even at 25K or above. Light phones feel cheap, phones should use metal frames and a glass back , to make them dense and feel premium. 1:12
It's just criminal selling plastic at 25K, there was an era(mid 2010s) when companies gave Metal Frame and glass back on 15K+ phones. 1:12

One very important question: How's the Battery Life while using Phone on 5G network and will internet works fine on 4G network as I am currently using S21 FE and Battery life sucks and can't even use internet when phone is on 4G network.

I have been using the f62 for around 2 years and i was thingking of a budget phone to change to this might be great for me
I am also a f62 user. I am actually happy with the day to day performance and i really don't have any problem or complain. I am surprised to know someone want to replace it haha. Really i don't think m55 will bring a big difference apart from the 5g (& 60hz if you care).

Sir eiska 45W charger aur 5A cable lekar charging test kariye kyuki Samsung ke 25W aur 45W ke charging mai 10 minutes ka hi difference aata hai in S-series
That 10 min difference is in full charge (in s23 series).
But when it comes to quick top-ups 10~50%, 45 watt is having its advantages.

Samsung is the Apple of the Android world. It is optimized to the core and you never have any complains even after long period of usage. I have been using my A34 for over a year now and my experience has been good. A34 in many sense is like M55, a good solid mid ranger with little to no flaws for the price
I like this phone because of its light plasticity and hope M56 will be lighter next year upto when i will be waiting eagerly
The default cable which comes in the box supports max of 25 Watts only, when you get the 45W charger from Samsung, you get the cable too in the package which supports 45W, the 25w cable is thinner when compared to the 45 w cable given in the box with 45w Samsung charger

This device was launched in Brazil a while ago and I was anxious because the cameras were horrible... but apparently it has improved. 😂

We need M55 comparison with nothing phone 2a
1. Display does not impress me at all - No high brightness like 3000 Nits or so , no PWM dimming specification , no special Gorilla glass specification. Same 6.7" from ages ago. I'd say Moto Edge 50 Pro has far better display in similar pricing.
2. Bezels are not thin at all , Poco X6 Pro gives even thinner bezel and a phone costing around 30K should have even slimmer bezel. Samsung made the phone look bigger while giving small display. With the size of M55 it should have had 6.9" display or so.
3. No in box charger and also really slow charging as compared to other competitors to the point that it does not feel like fast charging at all. 4:07 This is no super fast charging at all , 45W is rather super slow if you compare with Oneplus's 100W ,Motorola's 125W , Poco's 67W or so. Samsung sucks at charging speed as always.
4. No IP rating which some other phones in this pricing do have [At least IP52 / IP 65 can be found in this pricing range]
5. Highly doubtful whether Samsung really used UFS 3.1 or not. Giving me goosebumps just to remember the Oneplus 12R situation. Same might happen with M55 too.
6. Camera is downright worse than any other phones in this pricing, hence worst in price range. The predecessor M52 used 12+5 in UW and Macro but here we get only 8+2. Why the heck is this useless 2MP sensor ?? Samsung is killing themselves.
Even though Samsung sells this as mid range ,it feels like the price should have been at least 5K cheaper

1.5 saal baad aisa update diya ki garam hone laga aur green line aa gya kuch din me...
Warranty khatam tha to 6000 lagta screen replace karne ka so ni karaya...
Lekin 1-2 mahine me itna garam hone laga ki 5G use karna mushkil ho gya...
Ekdum faaltu hai samsung. 778G processor tha usme bhi, 5 lakh Antutu tha uska bhi.

Try and decide it yourself. Do you really think M55 is better than any of those mentioned device? For context just compare antutu benchmark or even camera setup. M55 is complete disaster. Gullible average users are going to fall for this and buy it.
