That should be implemented at Arcelor-Mittal Hunedoara, Romania plant. Near Hunedoara are two iron ore mine sites that were shut down in 2005. There is still plenty of Siderite and Limonite close to Hunedoara at Teliucul Inferior, Ghelari and Vadu Dobrii.

Not much but it's a continuous process and once process is started frequent shutdowns are not possible.
