People make their own characters all the time. My friend also has a couple. I like to think I did a half decent job on mine, though. Some people take their designs a bit too far. Like the people who made Super Saiyan 5 a thing.

Holy crap, you're like the third person I've seen say this. You really think Vertigo could be an actual character in the show? I mean, his name would obviously be different because it's derived from something completely not a vegetable. But other than that.
If you really mean an actual character in the series, I figured he'd be from a different universe. Like six, since Saiyans seem to be doing relatively fine there. Or maybe some other universe. Just not seven since there's already plenty there that keep cropping up, making Frieza really suck at his job. But yeah, he'd maybe find his way to universe seven. And obviously, he wouldn't be named Vertigo. I have no idea what he could be named, though. No vegetable names I come up with sound good.

As great an artist Yair is, I'm honestly shocked he kept that giant goofy looking hand. I know it's supposed to look like it's coming "out" at you, but it's not even coming towards the viewer...
The right foot makes sense, but that goofy giant right hand just don't fit well. Just my opinion though. 🤷♂️
