The lecture was all comprehensive and effective! However, I would add a few points: always give a title to a précis even if it's not asked; give only one title-never write more than one title since it gives a bad impression to the examiner, especially in CSS / PMS exams.

Precise is proper word's or proper thing's of essay and summary is common essay

sir paragraph ko 1/3rd kese karen ge or paragraph ki lines and words kese count karen?
1st line jo k indent kia hua hota ha us ko chor k next line se sary line counts kary aur randomly koi ak line me kitny words ha wo giny, then multiply those words with total number of lines excluding 1st line of paragaraph, then divide answer by 3 you will get the answer aur approximately utna hi bany ga asl word b. Jo answer aya utny words ka preci bana ly.
