Since I wasn't able to find a MIDI video for this piece, I decided to upload mine. I edited the MIDI file and added some colors. Hope you'll enjoy it !

You have this wrong. The initial right hand A,G,F is followed D,E at an octive higher.

Avec 10 doigts - dont 5 par main. :) Nul besoin de deux personnes, il suffit d'utiliser le sustain et de croiser les mains. Regarde le live.
