I had once a very bad experience with an Ias officer, when we went to his house(with an appointment)to invite for a wedding. He didnt have a min courtesy to call inside but he was barking like a dog , sorry to say so . Now totally my opinion changed about IAS official after hearing your sincerty
My father was a direct recruit batch of 1950.I went to meet Siddharth Behura,batch of 1973 ,in his office in Lucknow,with my mother, in September,2004.He turned abusive and told us to get out.He later spent 13 months in jail.I had only gone to ask him to get my mothers claim passed.

You will not believe me I have seen this vedio very particularly and continuously for more than 2 hours rewinding the vedio back and forth he has done most of unachievable feats and undoable acts which most IAS officers don't like to do which he did willingly and happily be he love his job and that give him happiness and pleasure which he didn't find anywhere even not in own family that what makes him to recieve a greatest complement from ik gujaral which is most satifyable which most dream to achieve but can't proceed and not even try to be on that path because it can be achieved with great effort so much knowledge and experience such great personality finally at last i had tears in my eyes such an accomplishments soo much down to earth attitude i rarest which we can't see again in my life salute pls make best and provide our state and country best ias officers with all your knowledge love you sir 😀👌 and madam your interviews are the best i have seen in whole youtube i love you too 😀😊
Excellent. Mr.Padmanabhaiah is a regular visitor to KBR park for his morning walks. I met him there. A lively man with many friends around. When you listen to him you feel that the negative image attributed to the administrative services is a bit unfair. It is the values cherished by an individual in position power that really matter and it is wrong to paint an entire profession with same brush. The anchor should go well prepared to such intellectuals. They should be well informed about current affairs, history etc., to ask relevant questions. In this interview Mr.Padmanabhaiah was more forth coming.

During Emergency period south and west had no problems. No cheating in exams. In my class out of 107 students only 7 passed SSC. There was introduction of flying squads to catch malpractice at exam centers. Of course some people were harassed and tortured in AP too.

My father was a teacher but he would not allow me to pickup milk powder which was meant for poor children.
