MJ doesn't have anything to do with the HOF commitee if he has they would've not let Jerry Krause be inducted lmao
Jordan might of had a hand in Thomas not getting on the dream team, however you cannot say Jordan is also influencing the hall of Fame not to let Laimbeer in c'mon.
It is what it was. Pistons aren't really Bad Boys, let alone a Dynasty, without Bill Laimbeer. The old school lovers wouldn't have half the video footage to show and brag to the new school lovers how "the NBA was harder and less g*y" with Laimbeer. You can't mention the late 80's to the early 90's era WITHOUT MENTIONING THE IMPACT AND STRANGLE HOLD THE PISTONS HAD WITHOUT NAMING 5XTIME ALL-STAR BILL LAIMBEER. What the h*ll are wrong with you ppl? Y'all must be Bird, Jordan, Magic, or Barkley fans or something. Smh. The Hall of Fame would be better with Laimbeer in it. Imagine his enshrinement speech.
Random clips in random order, about as good as Laimbeer deserves.
15:26 Solid connect. Don't see that too often in NBA fights.
The type of guy you would hate to play against but would enjoy to have wearing your team colors!👊
The Pistons and Laimbeer played eastern conference style basketball, just better than everyone else, all teams in east played rough, all teams had an enforcer. The reason why the Pistons were so hated was because they were stopping the Bird/Magic era finals from continuing awhile longer and delayed the rise of Jordan for 4 years.
It became so obvious that the league wanted an MJ Empire, and the Pistons stood in the way. Bill's playing was rough and dirty, gotta admit that, but he took as good as he gave.
Laimbeer a very, very smart player who knew what his role was for his team to win and executed it. Very underrated. And very dislikable.
Intimidating bully, yes very smart
@@ldwilliams9686 they all was
@@ldwilliams9686 not smart player good dont be racist
he is racist to say only Laimbeer
@@onlythewise1 Racist? Give me a break 😂. Ya’ll throw that word around way too much
All them fight Bill started in little Isaiah always jumped in for him😂
I'm a simple man. I see a Bill Laimbeer highlight video, I click "like."
Respect Bill as a player but damnit i smile like hell when parish drops him
That was a cheap shot. Not a fair fight
@@steveo3831 still smile
@@steveo3831after hundreds of cheap shots from Bill . Secondly bill would get his azz whooped in real fight with Robert dude was a karate blk belt .
@@steveo3831 Tit for tat
He was the only nba players who used to fight many of his co players , he was the baddest player among all nba players i should say !!!!
Here is a picture of Bill, as a kid (very tall kid) in eighth grade or freshman year of high school in a BASEBALL UNIFORM. ruclips.net/video/wGkd6K9slUQ/видео.html My dad is on the far left, and I believe he was 6"2", and I am the little kid right below Bill in the photo. He lead our High School Team to a CIF Four A championship in Southern CA. Upsetting highly favored Verbum Dei in the semi finals. Verbum Dei had David Greenwood, who was drafted by the Bulls at number two behind Magic Johnson. Greenwood played as a reserve on the 1990 Pistons team.
Very neat!. Thanks for posting that.
I heard somebody said it was Larry Bird & Magic Johnson who saved the NBA. Now I know who really saved it - he was the one!
Just anticipate the broken bones, broken teeth, broken ankles and legs whenever he plays. Man, that was part of the excitement and people got their money's worth! It was like watching the gladiators in the arena in the olden days. Bill Laimbeer is one of the heroes of NBA. Well, everybody is entitled to his opinion and that is my opinion.
Quite the opposite. He was the main reason NBA got softer. He abused the physical game, and the league reacted.
You're smoking crack!!!
@@LordDefekator I believe it was excessive, but I think those 2 dipshit drool cups from Indiana going into the stands did that to the game I used to respect. Changed the game forever
Is that a joke ? Or you are clueless about basketball?
@@davemartino5997I find his views refreshing. "BILL LAIMBEER: THE EVERY MAN'S HERO"
Yes, I like it, it's a nice touch. The EVERY DAY HERO!!! ....
The Legend!!!! Ol' Billy Basketball.
Aaaah...
Well, This video is presenting Bill was just manhandling other players! No, Laimbeer was a complete player!
He was a Warrior
I hated the pistons ... I was a laker .... I think though all the players deep down afraid of laimbeer cause he was crazy and he didn't back down
Actually rodman is in my top 5 all time favorite players
He would've died for his team.
My boi LAMBO!!! I love the bad boy Pistons!!!
Bill's job was to be a bad mofo. And he did just that.
Why would you like a team that couldn't play well enough to win without cheap shots? Oh well some people don't have class. They thought they were a dynasty but the bulls took that from them.
Great video
Put Vol 2 out 👊😎
Vol 2 is out man check it out
All the NBA players, both foes, friends and enemy, probably would unite for one to beat up Bill Laimbeer. That's how the all players not on his team hated Bill.
Yes. No doubt he was a team player, was ALL in for his guys. The OTHER guys?? Mmm...not so much lol.
bill made basketball worth watching
Love your stuff!!
Not a single NBA team that wouldn't want Bill. Played hard. Skilled. Two way player. Never took a night off.
Lambeer was a very talented player, but the dirtiest player BY FAR!

Tallented you say.... seriously
@@castle972 I'm Brazilian, sometimes I make mistakes while writing in English...should I write in Portuguese or French?
i wonder how the players of today would play Bill??? i bet all of em even lebron would cry .
I'd love to see a bunch of Physical brutes, underpaid and hungry come into the league with these entitled skinny little 3 pt chuckers , all thinking theyre thr same guy stephy curry ,with the physical defense rules put back in. Clogging the paint, making it a physical game again. Retro night
The King of second motions lol!
Lambqueer looked like phantom of the opera of basketball with that mask on 🤣
Bill, Bob and Joey
Detroit legends
Let's make this clear:: Bill Laimbeer is a bad person, not a true competitor but someone who would intentionally injure an opposing player to win a game. Despite his two championships he is not a hero, someone to be revered, but a scumbag, someone to be despised.
Laimbeer is a good dude… great teammate anyone would love to have
The sound affect at 10:00 minute mark, reminded me of the 70's n 80's kungfu movies 🤣
Which every way you cut it, I love this guy Lol
It was all about Intimidation. and he played his role perfectly.
💯👊
Love ole days of nba. ❤💙💛💚💜👌👌👌👌👍👍👍
I’d love to see LeBron try and have a 40 pt game against Laimbeer
Every body say if lebron played in80s hell if he played in the80s he would have been a Piston
The evil laugh at the end 😂
Ay thx for the content I’m gonna study this! Thx again!!
These guys be like, "Be here in the paint and GET SMACKED IN HALF!". TBH today's game is just SICK. Hands up D doesn't work anymore. 💢🔥
God tier video man. Tap Tap
He got so mad when Rodman helped Pippen up off the floor. 😆
I've never met someone who wasn't a Pistons fan who liked this guy.
Haha true I might be the only 1. I’m a Celtic fan but Bill was like a WWE heel back in the day makes it more interesting
I'm a nuggets fan but always liked him. I miss the rough days. Pistons were no fluke
Laimbeer to Worthy "Who the fuck are you? You aint shit!" They never muted those mics back then
Bill was probably the best cement head to ever play in the nba.
